Throughout our exchange, Bob continuously came across as unfriendly and curt. His emails were riddled with typos and a complete lack of punctuation, as though he were in a huge rush and had no actual interest in speaking with me. Worst of all, he gave me verifiably false information and continued to push that false information when I politely questioned its veracity. Overall, both he and this dealership are simply untrustworthy and unpleasant.

Everyone who I worked with at the dealership was extremly

Everyone who I worked with at the dealership was extremly professional and helpful. My sales rep Daniel was awesome and worked with my wife and I to get the car we wanted at a fair price. The finance manager that I worked with (Mark) was also incredible and helped us get our car the same day even when we had problems with payment because my bank was only located in the lower 48. Overall it was a great experience.

Hello Lithia we had a great time when we purchased our

Hello Lithia we had a great time when we purchased our jeep last year. I am messaging you hoping that you guys can help us to have a ride or loaner, we bought our Jeep Wrangler here last May 2021, and on march 18 2022 get towed because it doesn’t start. The Jeep now is in other dealer store which is in 5th avenue in downtown since they are the only has EV certified tech since its Hybrid Jeep. It’s been 3 weeks now that we don’t have the jeep since dealer is waiting for the parts, and 3 weeks commuting without vehicle to use, we called jeep care representative and they say they can only pay us up to $40/day for 10 days and not cover taxes or fees associated with that rental car and I don’t think we can afford it since we’re paying our $60,000 bank loan for our brand new Jeep that’s not even a year and only 8547 miles in the other dealer waiting to fix it. I hope you guys can help us 😊

Had a great experience.

Had a great experience.Ansel and Madison were very professional, courteous and were able to find me a car for my specific needs that also fit my budget Including the add warranties I needed and helped me get the most for my trade in. Mark was also very helpful in explaining the financial paperwork and helping me fill it out. Most of the work was done before I got there and only had to spend about less then a hour test driving the vehicle and to sign paperwork. I really appreciate them considering my time and getting me out of the door quickly. will definitely comeback and recommend.
