I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel pickup from Chad Voorhis. He was knowledgeable, professional and his customer service was exceptional. My brother and I recently purchased a 28 ft RV and we use the truck to pull the RV. We drove the truck back to the dealership, to have running boards installed and we were pulling the RV. Chad helped us unhook the trailer and hook it back up when the running boards were done. I never expected that level of customer service - Chad is a great asset for Lithia.

From the time my girlfriend and I were here until the time we left we felt welcomed and we felt like we had just ran into a long lost friend who we just met. Chad Voorhis was great with us as we just moved back to Alaska we were searching for a new Jeep Compass in a specific color and specific features. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger RT today. I can truly say that I am absolutely content with my decision. The car is excellent and absolutely fun to drive (I got the Hemi V8). I've owned some muscle cars in my day and this car is definitely in that group of fun driving muscle cars. And it comes with excellent safety ratings and all-wheel drive! Living in Alaska, that matters! I worked with Chad Voorhis. He worked with me for two days--several hours each day. He was extremely patient as I considered my options. Never once did he pressure me. He acted as a PROFESSIONAL sales representative. He was considerate, understanding, patient, and very informative on all aspects of the vehicle and related warranties, etc. Chad and I traded fun stories while we discussed business and he even offered to buy my children some dinner (as they were getting impatient and hungry)! He let the kids climb into the vehicle during the test drive and joked and played with them. He made them feel part of the process.
