I think the warranty guys name is John. He’s was not prepared with calculations per plan option, talked too much, opened a book that describes the warranty coverage options but never allowed us to read or look at it. Way to much talking, rambles, spoke softly, couldn’t hear much over the noise flooding from the show room.
