Best time ever
I was shopping around for a new truck with my dad. We Stopped by Anchorage Dodge. I was first greeted by Shane. Nice guy presentable asked if I needed help. I explained to him that I'm looking for a truck that X amount of features. He showed me various trucks, such as, Limited, Laramie and Big Horn. I was impressed on the options and how knowledgeable he was. Above all he was patient with me. He understood that I was going to spend money on a new truck and it had to be right.

Tundra
This was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Shane was great was a great help with buying my Toyota Tundra. Would definitely recommend.

Shane is the man
One of my buddies recommended me to go see Shane. Shane and Genaro are awesome. I left with a 2019 Ram and the deal was sweet. I was a little skeptical about dealerships but Shane and Genaro are pressure free.

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCES EVER!
I had TWO frustrating experiences at this dealership. I stopped by for them to provide trade-in value for my vehicle (I didn’t share what vehicle yet to them…that’s later). I asked if they could begin appraising mine as I walked their lot to see what they had to offer. I was immediately told that they would only appraise my vehicle if I told them an exact vehicle on their lot that I would be purchasing….oooook….I proceeded to tell them I would be more than happy to check out what you have on your lot but I was short on time so if they would please be appraising my vehicle SIMULTANEOUSLY to save time on both ends….As I turned to walk out the showroom to check their inventory, they followed with saying, "we're not going to waste our time appraising your vehicle if you don't tell first tell us what car you're buying because we don’t want you to take the offer somewhere else.“ What kind of customer service is that?! I confronted the Sales Rep (Mr. Garcia) and asked him to please explain what he just (rudely) said to me. He proceeded to say that it’s company policy so that you don’t take our offer to another dealership to beat. I’m a business owner and although I think that is a terrible company policy (there are many other ways to eliminate offer bidding wars from happening), I can respect a company-wide decision. The policy wasn’t my issue. My issue is how rudely I was treated, as if I was wasting their time or some sort of “offer” thief….I proceeded to tell the Sales Rep my feelings and how I will be taking my business elsewhere (he didn’t chase me….yet). As my wife, daughter and I were beginning to pull out of the parking lot, I see Mr. Garcia do a double-take (after noticing what vehicle I had) and begin to try and flag me down. Fast forward, I didn’t stop and proceeded to drive to the Toyota dealership in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, got an appraisal happily (while looking at what they offered), and decided to purchase one of their vehicles….Although I am very happy with my experience at Toyota, the irony here is that I later discovered that the Anchorage Jeep dealership had THE EXACT vehicle I purchased from the Toyota dealership….if I wasn’t so rudely treated, I would have discovered said vehicle and probably purchased it from them….EXPERIENCE #2….Since I sold my Jeep to the Toyota dealership, I went back to the Jeep dealership a couple of days later to cancel my Mopar Protection Plan on Aug. 1 (only way to cancel is snail mail or at a dealership). Fast forward to today, Sept. 12, since I have yet to receive my rebate check in the mail, I contacted Mopar directly and was informed that no dealerships have filed any protection plan cancellations on my Jeep. I was going to just forget about the first negative experience, but after a second that HURTS MY $ WALLET (prorated warranty), I knew I needed to share my experience. I will never do business with this dealership again and I hope that they improve so that others don’t experience the same. It’s mind boggling that they feel they will lose business by providing appraisals before guaranteed purchases when EVERY other dealership happily provides appraisals with positive customer service in HOPES to have a new customer.

Kevin Garza in service has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and get our work truck fixed in a timely manner. He's professional, fast, and always does his absolute best. He's very good at keeping the customer's concerns in mind and went out of his way to help schedule me around trips up from Homer. Please give him the props he deserves.

Very Friendly Dealership!
I originally went to the Lithia dealership but they were super rude. Then I came here and everyone was super friendly and tried their best to help as quickly as possible. Our salesman Shane was AWESOME, funny, and very upfront and honest about everything.
