I had my vehicle in for two recalls.

I had my vehicle in for two recalls. Updates performed in a timely manner. Friendly and courteous service writer. Comfortable waiting area. Not really pleased with the update And the changes it has made to my vehicle. But that?s a GM problem, not the dealership.

Chevy Malibu service

- I believe his name was Will but could be wrong, he was super nice and actually listened to me ? Have been trying to get my car in for about 8 months now and finally was able to get it in before engine light going away and having to cancel appointment as I had the first couple times thanks to the excellent customer service, very grateful to not have to worry about my car!

If you buy a vehicle from them and have to get any kind

If you buy a vehicle from them and have to get any kind of service work done feel for you. I hope this helps you on not ever giving any kind of services to this dealership. The three service counter guys are a complete joke. This is all Warranty work. First had an appointment on 1-15-24 the server for Chevy went down ok not the guys fault gave them my name and number to call me when it came back up no call. I called them at 330pm and asked if everything was working indeed it was it was up and running by 1 they say. Ok I asked if they where going to contact me I was told they called every one they where supposed to call. That’s nice I rescheduled my appointment for 1-18-24. Give the the benefit of the doubt. Got there at the time they had given. The shop don’t open for business for 45 minutes I was told buy one of their techs. So I wait to be told I have to pay for the diagnostics for two heat switches that don’t work. This would have come out to be 450$ for the diagnostics and the part is 500$.

Once hey made the sale they go quite

Second vehicle bought from here, in the deal there is a bed liner to be sprayed in. Over a week has gone by. I?ve called to set up the appointment which they were suppose to call to set up on Monday because truck was bought on a weekend. Has a scratch they said they would take care of and a bumper that isn?t quite lined up. They said they where happy to fix again no calls back.

Oil change

Great once you can get someone on the phone. Apparently the phone number on their website is not the right number although you can leave a message (but no one will call you back). I have not tried to make an appointment on line lately because every time I tried in the past, nothing happened, so if the right phone number can't be listed, I still have no faith in the online appointment process. The oil change itself was good as usual and done quickly.

Worst customer service!

I had a scheduled standard oil change appointment, when I showed up, the dealership was closed. To top it off I had to make this appointment through their chat feature because NO ONE answers the phones or returns messages. Customer service is CRAP!

Beautiful but BAD 4runner!!!!

I bought a 2016 Toyota 4Runner for way too much $. I wouldn’t have minded the price but within a month I realized I had no AC. Next month the maintenance required light is on.., they couldn’t even change the oil???! And then last week front brakes started grinding! When yu pay into the high 30’s for a car yu expect that basic stuff to be ok!! I’m beyond angry and just super sad! I don’t have even more $ to keep the thing running while I make the huge payment!!!! It’s so wrong that dealers can get ways with this kind of business practice!!!

Painless car purchase

I had a great experience with Wasilla Chevrolet. I found the vehicle I was looking for a very fair price. The purchasing process was fairly straightforward and went better than I had expected. I would definitely consider purchasing from Wasilla Chevrolet again.
