Quality Experience!!!

Came in to look at a 2007 Santa Fe and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Greg helped us out with everything that we needed! Would come back again for other vehicles in the future.

Really excellent person and local businessman!

I am very impressed with Bob Ross. I am also in sales and tend to cringe at car salesman. Bob has the demeanor of a hotel manager, accommodating as much as he can and trying to exceed your expectations. I didn't think twice about the fabulous discount on price he offered me to pay cash. Mixed feelings

This dealership has always had quality cars at fair prices. They were recommended to me by my mechanic that I trust. They have no pressure sales and have been around a long time. Bob is a sort of car guru and very knowledgable. That being said I bought a 2003 Corolla from them and all of the trim on the car was loose and some pieces were falling off. I did not take the car back to have them fix it ( my procrastination). I'm sure within 30 days they would have fixed it. After putting 50,000 miles on the car I began having engine problems. It's a rarity for Toyota. Other people reported the same problem on the Internet. My mechanic advised me to sell the car. I approached Bob about the problem and he did not take responsibility or acknowledge I knew what I was talking about. He insisted I just needed an engine specialist. Well, I did need an engine specialist because I needed a new engine. What I'm most concerned about is the dealership continues to sell The Corolla and Matrix from the years 2000- 2005. Even though it is a rare problem, the consumer should not be in a position of buying a Toyota vehicle assuming it will go to at least 200,000 miles and have to replace the engine at 150,000. I felt I was not listened to.

We are very sorry that you had problems with your vehicle. However we can not predict the future of vehicles especially 50,000 miles later. Toyota products are great vehicles, but like all vehicles they need be routinely serviced to maintain there longevity. Sorry for the unfortunate event that took place.
