Out of state buyer drives home happy

I'm from out of state and drove over to check out a truck. Ended up buying it. I had no issues, went smooth . Mark the salesman was wonderful and I even talked to the owner Scott. I did read the reviews and stood neutral to get my own experience. I drove away a happy, in a new to me truck . I also like that they posted a car fax in the web sight for the truck.

2005 Dodge 1500 Purchase

Bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 today. Was treated good as gold. Made a quick deal and I was on my way. No hassles. Thanks to Scott and Mark I was treated like family. I will be back if I am ever in the market for another pre-owned vehicle.

Rude salesman horrible customer service

Stopped by twice after work. I was interested in a 2011 f150. First time I walked in the office waited ten minutes and no one even waited on me. Second time to the dealership, I was dirty from working and wearing work clothes, the salesman had the nerve to ask me in a smart xxx way "well how are you going to pay for it". I walked out and bought a 2015 f150 elsewhere for more money. Scott was his name and I have no respect for him or us auto group.

Rude and insulting!! Dont Go Here Ever Ever Ever!!

Inquired about a vehicle and their response was very rude. I had hoped they had similar vehicle in other colors and other options. I got a very insulting email back.

Pushy, Unhelpful, Rude

Can I give ZERO stars? The salesman was pushy and rude and continued to make excuses for simple questions such as what financing and warranty options were available. He even told me to go to another dealer because I was wasting his time. This is not how business should be done. Good luck if you try to do business with them.

After reviewing our records, the person giving this review never visited our dealership. He did ask if a Honda Accord we had advertised was "Certified" which is a term reserved for a Honda new car franchise dealership on certain vehicles that meet specific guidelines which we explained to him. He then asked if we have warranties and was told yes, after asking the price, we explained there are many variables such as term, miles, level of coverage, optional add on coverages etc. which makes it impossible to give an exact price. We were also asked "what is the interest rate" which is obviously based on credit, age of vehicle, down payment, term of loan and many other variables. We were not being evasive, our policy is to give accurate information and not to guess or give a ballpark on such things. Many dealers would have just said whatever the best possible scenario was to get the customer in the door, however we do not conduct business in that manner and only give information we know to be accurate, if this policy costs us an occasional sale that is fine as we feel doing business honestly and only giving accurate information is best for everyone! The person giving this review implies he was actually at our dealership which is incorrect, I found the brief conversation in our email.

Excellent Customer Service

I had the most excellent experience in purchasing my 2016 Altima from U S Auto.The staff was very friendly and the receptionist i forgot her name was very intelligent in helping me with my paperwork Scott was awesome got me in and out had a wonderful time he made sure he explained everything to me in a timely manner i would recommend my family and friends to stop by whenever they're thinking about buying a car.
