You know it has to be good when this is the first time I have traded one of my cars since 1972. I always found the dealer tradein bargaining to be such a pain. No pain or problem at Millennia Motors. They are very fair, competitive and no surprises or add-on junk fees. All their Porsche service is done at Porsche of Orlando, so you know they are not skimping on expertise like so many dealers. They have a great selection of extremely nice cars, so choosing one is the hardest part. Best of all, I'm really lovin the Cayman S I bought with tons of grinning, and no regrets whatsoever. They couldn't have made it easier for me.

Drove over from Melbourne to look at a 911 Turbo after speaking with Oliver the day before. When my wife and I arrived the car was already staged on the showroom floor for our examination. All of our questions were answered promptly and all of the car maintenance records were made available for our review. The entire purchase process was quick and smooth and we drove home in a gorgeous vehicle. This is the way it should be done at all car dealerships.

My husband and I drove from Stuart to longwood with intentions of buying a Cayman . When we arrived we were greeted right away by Oliver, Ernest and lady ( awesome pooch ). I was immediately in a dilemma because not only did I love the car we had driven up to see but Oliver suggested a 911 that would be a good fit for me. It honestly took me MANY hours at the establishment to come to a descion. They were extremely patient with me while I sat in each vehicle more then once and drove each vehicle more then once so I could be comfortable with the final descion . They wanted me to be a happy customer and they extended us every courtesy giving us a great experience and happy porsche owner .....I went with the 911 and love it ! Saw an ad for a car that fit every one of our needs. Arranged for an appointment to see the car on a Saturday. Met Oliver in the office that day. Firstly, their inventory is amazing -- something for every taste. When we arrived, the car we came to see was front and center in their showroom. It was beautiful. Oliver took us for a test drive, letting both my wife and me drive the car for as long as we desired. He completely and accurately answered every question we had. When we returned to the dealership, we saw another vehicle that met our needs, only is was about three deep in cars. Oliver patiently moved the other cars, and brought this car out so we could drive it too. A week went by as we discussed which car we liked better, when I finally contacted Oliver with our decision. We decided on the first car, the one that originally brought us into Millenia Motors. We asked that the car get a pre-purchase inspection, and Oliver and Mike arranged to take the car to the shop of our choice. As expected, the PPI came back perfect, and we drove back over to Millenia Motors (from our home in Melbourne, FL). When we got there, everything was ready. After a few minutes of instruction on our new car, we were off. What a GREAT ride home in our new Porsche! No pressure, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Oliver and Mike give new meaning to "customer service". I can not recommend them any stronger. The best car-buying experience I have ever had!
