Never made it off the lot with the new truck. Truck needed to be fixed. They have a 4 day give back no questions ask. We told the salesman we did not want the the truck. Salesman became disrespectful didn’t even try to make another on another truck. Put plates back on old truck and will never do business there again.

Service department is horrible. Had my truck in while I still had warranty left on it for transmission issues. Told them it shifts hard from 1-2 and in the service report they gave me they acknowledged that they felt it during the drive and told me it’s just characteristic of the transmission. Fast forward 2 years later I go to trade it in on a 62k truck and am given a low offer because they said it needs transmission work because it shifts hard from 1-2. If that’s the case why wasn’t this checked while still under factory warranty? They refuse to do anything to help out. I would stay far away.

Somehow miscommunicated work to be done, before knowing total cost. Not sure how similar quoted work could be $100s cheaper from another Chevy dealer. Then couldnt wash truck b/c of a roof rack thats been installed for years. Not the typical level of service service i've had in the past.

Service visits are always first rate. Pleasant service advisors, who know their vehicles. I appreciate their service recommendations for my 'Sunday driver' car. With their help, I hope to enjoy my vehicle for a long time. I only trust Thornton Chevrolet to work on my vehicle.
