PLUS, After I was told by you that I HAD to buy a new plate instead of transfering my old plate, I got my plate from my other truck transfered to the one I now have, and will be getting a rebate. You picked a GREAT day to be off..

Unprofessional and money hungry.

I called a week ago to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They scheduled me for the next week At 9 AM. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. The gentleman of the counter stated that my appointment is not until 10 AM. All was OK because they said they could get me in immediately. An hour after I showed up, they came to me and showed me a possible bill for almost $1300 for everything that my car needed. I stated that I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have to ask if my vehicle is almost done, The gentleman at the counter states that my vehicle should be done soon. After almost 2 hours there, my vehicle is finally done, and I’m ready to leave. I then get in my vehicle and they couldn’t even replace the sticker or update my oil life in my vehicle. I went back in and informed them of this. The lady behind the counter (not a technician) comes out after writing the new miles on the sticker, peels the old sticker off and replaces it. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!!! 😂 Place looks great. Service doesn’t come close. Also, maybe tell the gentleman behind the counter to correct his attitude. I won’t be back.

Chevy silverado 1500

Best sales transaction ever with Cameron Watson. No bull, no back and forth and honored a mistake of an online price error. In and out with truck in shortest time ever!!

Got online seen the truck said I was interested got the phone call from the salesman had everything all set up for me to come drive and sign in and out in less than an hour.

Very easy and no pressure buying process

Shawn Z was extremely helpful patient during the whole process. We have worked with him on vehicle purchases in the past as well and will continue to use him and this dealership on future purchases.

Service Review

I have to taken vehicles to the Alexander family dealerships for years. Their customer service is excellent, waiting rooms are always clean and have snacks and WiFi, technicians are knowledgeable, and labor and part prices are always fair. As long as I reside in PA I will not go to any other dealer family for both service and sales.
