I am totally disappointed in your facility and the people there. I was totally screwed. The car just left on a tow truck and I have only had it a few weeks.... I don't think you looked it over at all. I don't think you cleaned it at all. The back door doesn't open from the inside. I was taken because I am a senior woman. Nothing new there.
The GM Nate is a good guy and he keeps his word. The buying process wasn't as smooth as i would have liked. However they did make it up with great service... and follow through. Integrity is important to me as a business owner and i was pleased with the follow through after some communication concerns. No body is perfect but these guys appear to care about their customers and want to better. My sales rep was a very nice guy and was easy to to work with. If your considering buying from this dealer ask for Heath Orr.

It was not a good experience. I was told barely anything about the car. My salesman would not give me any gas and I only had maybe a gallon. He said the... policy is only new car buyers get gas. I waited a day to pick up the car because they were going to detail it. Honestly, I don't think they did anything. I feel the price was too high. I asked the salesman to put in my car seat and he said he couldn't do it. He knew how,but he felt that would make him liable, maybe he was right. I will not go back.

My Ford Escape engine light came on in 2 days after I purchased the car, has been sitting, had to order parts, and have to pay for labor.
Process took a few hours, so not horrible. I was told I would be getting a 2nd key but after never getting a call about it and myself trying to call them... multiple times about it, I gave up and am shelling out the $300 to get a spare key myself. I even have to go to a different Lincoln dealer for the key because this one quoted me $100 more for the key than the one I?m going to go to (for something that was already supposed to be included). Also it came with an insane amount of dog hair in the back, I?m paying another $250 to get that cleaned out. This was a 2017 Lincoln MKX. I?m out $550 for things that should have been handled prior to it even being able to be purchased.

All went well , except on the ride home the check engine light came on ,,,OH NO ,,,,, took my new/used car to mechanic and said light was prob reset... and needed new coil and plugs due to miss fire on cyl #3 ,, so after repair ,, she is running well and am very happy with my daughters new car ..
