Highly recommend Porsche Tucson

Service Department is Lacking

The service department is lacking. Brian, the service writer, said he would text message me with an appointment on Wednesday. He did not. I called him Thursday, no return call. I called Friday, twice, no return call. I traded my Porsche for another make as I was tried of dealing with the Porsche of Tucson service dept.

Never shop there! I had to put 1 star, wouldn’t even give them that!!! Had to deal with them back in February 2021, waist of my time! Was debating to give them review or not, just now decided I definitely should….Find a car there, after look at that car I was going to make a purchase, gave them all my info and they came up with new sale price which was $3000 more! I have all emails between me and sale associate where we discussed price, everything was firm in that case, but they still didn’t go for it. Manager called me, we had a conversation, he said it’s not right, that’s not how we doing business here, told me he’ll call me back. Never did…. Their business, I guess, even worse! I went to different dealership and made a purchase there. Worst experience ever of buying a car! Terrible!

Excellent Service

I'd been chasing a problem with some drive train vibration on a 996 911 Turbo. I'd had the car at three independent shops in Tucson and was sure that after multiple alignments and balances that I'd be in for suspension replacement of some kind. I took the car to Porsche initially for a diagnostic on the steering wobble and left paying for a road force balance and new wipers. Long story short suspension issues N/A and the car drives as it should. Service advisor reported three of the 4 wheels were significantly out of balance and the fourth did not even have wheel weights on it. Porsche accurately diagnosed the issue and did not charge for services that were not needed. Godd and honest service is what you will receive here!

2020 Porsche Cayenne

My wife and I cannot say enough about our new 2020 Porsche Cayenne purchase experience. Eddie Zglinicki, a Chapman Audi Brand Specialist, initially met us while browsing the lot and the next day we rolled out with our new Porsche. Eddie's not your typical "car salesman". Congenial, polite, and accommodating best describe his sales manners and he's there to make you happy and your purchase happen. Let us briefly summarize: No pressure. No "bull". No problem. We should also say that he and others in the Porsche of Tucson staff were most patient and went out of their way to demonstrate that a suspected handling issue we observed was, in fact, a non-issue. He also went above and beyond in reviewing the intricacies of the Porsche's features before we left and offered additional tutorials if needed later. Chapman is most fortunate to have Eddie on their sales staff! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Eddie. Please feel free to use us anytime for a "live" reference if you desire!

Exceptional Service!

I took my 2019 Porsche 911 Carrera T in for it’s first oil change and 10,000 mile service. I had a excellent experience. The minute I pulled into the service area, I was met by Connor, a Porsche of Tucson Service advisor. He took care of my every need, and set me up with a beautiful 2019 Porsche Macan, loner vehicle, which I throughly enjoyed. Two hours later, my car was ready, and much to my surprise, my first service was free! Thank-you, Porsche of Tucson for a phenomenal experience!

1997 Porsche 911

I have been going back and forth with Patrick Motorsports in Phoenix to get my under warranty battery replaced...they kept giving me the run around. I brought the car in to Porsche of Tucson and my battery problem was solved that day. I was greeted by Brian as usual and had a very professional experience. Thanks!!!
