Need to get their crap together. Backing out of things promised since they made the sale. Was told we will put you in a rental so you can bring the jeep back to have it under coated. Now it’s well we can’t make that happen. Couldn’t find jeeps that were on the website. Jeep we bought leaks water like a screen door.

I am impressed with Sundance. Jessica Moon was awesome to deal with. Everything went smoothly with the purchase. They even delivered it to my home. They made us a second key and provided us with a different owners manual in English. I would like to use this dealership for my service but I’m not able to as it’s to far away. Jess was fantastic to work with. I had totaled my car in an accident and within a week, I had a new vehicle. It was a super seamless and easy process from start to finish. We live over an hour away from Sundance and they were able to bring the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip to them. Everything was so easy and convenient. My husband bought a truck from Sundance years ago as well and we were extremely pleased then with the business. Good priced vehicles, good sales people, great car shopping experience.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Sundance. I enjoyed working with Jess as she was extremely patient with me. I do not like pressure sale and so when I asked her to wait 24 hours so I could think about it, she was extremely understanding. She was able to help me find a vehicle that I needed and could afford. She kept me updated regarding the vehicle as it was in the shop. Although I’ve only had the car two days, I am extremely happy. Jess also assisted me getting my Bluetooth set up and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Sundance.
