We thought that Cody and Sundance were very accomodating in meeting on our schedule, payment options and allowing us to take the car to our own mechanic for inspection. Other things that might have pushed the rating to a five star that other dealerships sometimes do: freebies like tire rotations, oil changes for a year, improved warranty discounts, full tank of gas upon driving away. (We were offered a free car wash but the car was already clean and we don't live in the area to use it in the future.)

Every person that helped with my sale was wonderful but I definitely have to give a humongous shout out. I appreciate sort of an old school approach when I am buying a car. Randall has a good balance between this and using current tools. Very easy experience, will look to him and sundance for our next purchase.
