Easy and friendly experience

After having two bad experiences at Jeep dealers previously, I was skeptical. I texted with the online sales rep, Alexis before going in. I already knew the stock number and internet price I wanted to pay. When I got to the dealership, the car I wanted was ready for me in the front and they knew I was coming. They first presented a much higher number than I was guaranteed and when I told them that, they came down without an issue and I was given the internet price as promised. The appraisal for my trade in was equal to that of which carmax appraised, so I felt that was fair. There was no pushback and both the salesman I worked with, Dick, and the sales manager, Sam, were very polite and pleasant to work with. I feel like I got a very good deal on my car and I would recommend them to others.

Happiest times

Everytime I've come to this jeep dealership I leave happier than when I got there. They make the experience so smooth and painless. The environment is always happy and inviting. This means from the time I pull up, to the front lobby and even downstairs in the service area. All the staff here is consistently on their game. My guy Frank always takes care of me and whatever questions I have. I've bought 2 cars from here. One was used and eventually I turned it in and bought a new jeep. I would never go anywhere else for a car. Highly reccomend coming here for all your car needs :)

Very positive and exciting

We had a very difficult situation and Derek in finance was able to get it done we purchased two 2017 Jeep Renegades one had to come from out-of-state that we were interested in a certain color Sam in new car sales Was able to get it done for us we came in with our payments right where we needed to be actually cheaper than we thought it would be so our overall experience with st-charles Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent

Highly Recommended

I had a great car buying/leasing experience. This was mainly due to the exceptional job done by the sales person Haley Beyer. She worked tirelessly to find the right Grand Cherokee Limited that had all the features I wanted. Her knowledge of the cars was incredible; she knew the features of the cars I test drove inside and out. Haley was extremely professional and friendly, as well having a great sense of humor. The New Car Manager, Manny Gonzalez, was also exceptional. He worked hard to ensure l got the deal I wanted.

Easy as Could Be

Hats off to Jake and Manny! These guys found us just what we wanted, explained all of our purchase and lease options thoroughly and sent us on our way with a vehicle that we are thrilled with! All under two hours! We will be loyal customers from here on out, 100%!

2016 Jeep Cherokee is broken down

So my 2017 Jeep Cherokee 16,000 miles is randomly shutting off in the middle of traffic due to some issues?? I Want to bring it in to service to have them investigate and I’m told “no loaners until sometime next week” Im told I need to pay for my own rental to get to work. I’m so disappointed I thought I bought a RELIABLE CAR WHERE I WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THESE TYPES OF THINGS. What a lie

Great experience

My wife and I bought a 2018 Wrangler and had the best sales person in Haley Beyer. Haley was VERY knowledgeable and helped us compare vehicles and got us in the perfect vehicle for my wife. Haley's over the top effort and attitude were not the usual car buying experience. She hustled the entire time, going across the street, all over the building, literally running to keep the process moving. We drove two different vehicles. And at the end of it all, after 4 hours, leased a Wrangler. Even after financing was over, Haley took the time to sit with my wife and set up the stereo, her phone, etc. She actually set each of the radio presets, linked the phone, programmed favorites, went over all the vehicle details, every screen and setup display, asking her how she wanted each option, offering suggestions when needed. Keep in mind, this was 2 hours after the store closed, and Haley seemed in no hurry to leave until we were done. Nice job Haley!
