Excellent facility. Well worth the drive from the west side of Lansing.. Your treated like family. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend making the drive to Signature Ford. You won't be disappointed.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.

We were looking for a low mileage, used Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and found one at Signature Lincoln in MIchigan, two hundred miles from our home in Ohio. Drove to the dealer and arrived late Saturday afternoon. Our sales rep. Joe Cantu immediately offered a test drive and following a short discussion, we left the dealer and said we would call back. After a long ride home, we decided to notify Joe that we wanted to purchase the car. On Monday we returned, and the car was clean and ready to go. Joe was very helpful and accommodating to us, as out of state buyers, and responsive to phone calls and emails. Great purchase. Thanks, Joe.

I am writing in response to the outstanding experience I encountered while purchasing my New Explorer, from Signature Ford, Perry, MI. Before we even walked through the door, Jen met us with a friendly smile. She walked us through the car purchasing process and that day my daughter drove home her new car. Two months later she has been back to the dealership and has had many questions answered on the features of the car (which are too many to list). They take great care of our vehicles, a 2012 Escape and my new 2015 F250.
