I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your establishment. I took my vehicle in for a defective tire change and after waiting four hours, I was informed that there were no spare tires in stock. This was already frustrating, but what followed made the situation even more complicated. I was suggested to use the spare tire, but surprisingly, the staff could not locate it on the vehicle, and I had to tell them where it was myself. They then performed a tire rotation without informing or consulting me, and they put the defective tire on instead of keeping it, and they kept a good one for no logical reason. This forced me to return to the dealer again to have this error corrected, wasting even more time. I would appreciate it if you would review these types of procedures and the lack of coordination so that other customers do not have to go through such an inefficient and frustrating experience. I trust that you will take steps to improve these aspects, as this significantly affects the trust in your service.

I had a bad experience with another Hyundai dealership.

I had a bad experience with another Hyundai dealership. I learned that each one is different. I was very skeptical and worried I’d be screwed if I forgot to ask important questions, knowing how vulnerable I was. I did my research but there is so much more to learn. Most of my research went into a Honda and I was excited to switch to my 2024 Kona N-line, after owning Hondas for decades. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience. I love my car. My only problem was with the on-line chat person. I had no idea what she was doing or what she knew , regretting giving her my name.

Terrible service and they never call back when the car is

Terrible service and they never call back when the car is ready, I've called so many times to get an answer but I keep getting the run around, very unprofessional. Never going back there.

Eddy best salesman that I ever see he went above and

Eddy best salesman that I ever see he went above and beyond and make sure that what I wanted price wise and monthly payment was done and he did excellent job I will go recommend him to whom ever wants buy a car truck suv ect…….. thank you eddy keep up the good work Sincerely Christophe zouari

Our used car purchase was worth driving 150 miles for.

Our used car purchase was worth driving 150 miles for. The salesperson held the car for us to inspect and it was exactly as advertised. There were no hidden fees and the dealership welcomed our cash purchase. We received a beautiful shiny car with a full tank of gas! It was a breath of fresh air after visiting some shady dealerships!

I had a deal in place for Hyundai and all was submitted

I had a deal in place for Hyundai and all was submitted for purchase then I received a message that the car is sold. I was like how is this possible when all the necessary forms were submitted to buy. Not doing business with this place again.

Charged for work not preformed

Most horrible service experience you could ever imagine. Service rep is rude and dishonest. Brought my car in for an oil change today and tire rotation. Was told that the tires could not be rotated because they didn’t have enough tread on them. I said I thought the tires were getting thin and I was trying to get a quote for new tires Rep was ticked off and said you would probably get them somewhere else anyway and was annoyed that he had to go into the garage to see the tire size. He insisted they cannot, and will not do a tire rotation because the tread was too low. I said that’s fine because I do need the new tires and I will get them soon. When I mention last time I oil was changed at this dealership, they failed to put the service interval sticker on the windshield and failed to reset the service interval computer I asked if they could please do that. I also mentioned that at last oil change, they failed to notify me of a recall. Then he got very rude and defensive and said they could not predict in the future, what mail I would receive , from the time I left the dealership till the time I got home 3 miles, Instead of providing customer service and looking up the account and seeing that the recall from Hyundai was October and my service was in November he was quite rude. When it came time to pay for the oil change they also included the tire rotation, which was not performed. When I questioned the charge, they said we made an exception this time, but we won’t do a rotation again and charge me for a rotation that was not performed. I guess I should expect to be ripped off at a car dealership . When I attempted to contact corporate, they’ve made no effort to get back to me. I can hardly wait to go electric and avoid these kind of scams dealerships pull off. Not sure if there’s commission involved why he wants to charge me for service not provided or if just being rude was enough satisfaction for him. Can’t wait to see dealerships go the way of the dinosaur This is the first time I ever bought a brand new car and had every service done at the dealership where I purchased it and still was treated so badly. Tried calling corporate they don’t care they don’t get back to you. Maybe this will get their attention.

Shame on you

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and attempted to buy my 4th. I found the salesman to be a bit disrespectful. I picked out a vehicle from the showroom floor he took my trade in for value and then they never got back to me. It must be nice to have that many people buying new cars that they behave that way. It appeared they didn’t want my trade or had another buyer for the car I selected. I even attempted to reach out to the sales manager who I worked with in previous purchases to no avail. I will be shopping elsewhere for my new vehicle.

Shame on you

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and attempted to buy my 4th. I found the salesman to be a bit disrespectful. AVOID RICK CASE AT ALL COSTS! GO WHERE YOU MATTER!

Alex was very professional while trying to sell me the car. That is the only positive thing that I can say about my experience. Three months into my purchase of the Sonata 2023 limited, it started shaking violently. I tried to make an appointment, but was told that THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SERVICE TECHS TO SERVICE CARS. Since my car is under warranty, I wanted to get it serviced at the dealership, but I have to wait almost two months to be seen! Now the malfunction indicator lamp is on, and I have been told by the head of the service department that it is "not a life-threatening issue" and that I should keep my appointment that is another 2 weeks away or start calling around to other dealerships and maybe they have an opening. The dealership tries to sell cars based on the great warranties they have for the cars. How is this a great deal if you can't even get appointment when you have a problem?!

Service Manager

Rick Case in Weston/Davie This is how companies loss their customers. Today 4-14-23 I had and appointment for a recall. I made this appointment in February. I arrived @8am and guess what. No parts were ever ordered for my appointment. Mr Danny Shannon (Automotive Service manager) told me in-front of everyone( so it’s recorded in their cameras). “Why should we order a part if we don’t even know if your showing up for your appointment “. And he repeated again. My service person who was very polite, told him he checked and it was never, ever ordered. Given I get text and emails weekly until yesterday, remind me if my up coming appointment. That So call service manager Danny Shannon said that they had the part for other customers that were coming but not for me. So how should I look at this, is he being prejudiced in some way. He most certainly doesn’t belong in his position. He had absolutely No place telling me what he said. THIS is how you LOOSE customer completely.
