Via Auto Sales

My apologies for the delayed review. I bought my car from Joe at Via Auto Sales back in July 2024. The whole experience from my initial contact, to picking up the vehicle was fantastic. Now, ive had over 30 vehicles in my life thus far. Bought and traded in every time. Hence, i know dealerships. I know the games, i know the process, etc. Via Automotive is one of the few dealers that makes the car buying process simpe, easy and hassle-free. Via Auto is a small little shop, there are not a big dealership. However, these are the places that stay in business because they dont see you as one of a thousand people, they see you and know you personally. Good form Joe. I truly appreciate all you & Via have done for me. To anyone looking for a vehicle, if Via Auto has what you are looking for, i certainly recommend you visit them.

Joe was amazing and very helpful My son needed a reliable car, and he worked with us, to make it happen. He explained everything and guided us through the whole process. Definitely going back.

I bought a car here in April in cold weather. Within a couple weeks, it got hot and I realized the AC didn't work. Talked to the guy who sold me the car who said no problem, to bring it in to the service department and they'll take care of it. Brought it in, needed a compressor, just under $800. They knew they sold it to me without a working compressor but said it's not covered in the 30 day warranty. I have 4 kids who just got their permits, they just lost 4 car sales over this, just do the right thing.

Bought a car 9 months ago that now needs thousands of dollars in repairs. Makes me wonder how well it was inspected before it was sold.

Joe was wonderful. He worked diligently to get myself accepted for a very reliable car when mine unexpectedly broke down. Via auto offers wonderful warranty packages when buying cars from them. I highly recommend. Prices are very fair, great selection to choose from and the closing on the car was very smooth and easy going. Thank you Joe !
