I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a problem with my wireless Android Auto fixed. I left with only signs of the oil change being done and an excuse on the android auto issue. It doesn't appear that my tires were rotated, it had noted the fluids were topped off but when I checked once got home the windshield solvent wasn't even filled up. It had noted that tires set to 35, but they were all still between 30-32. The android auto issue was brushed off and told it was a problem from a recent update pushed out a few months ago to disable the wireless feature and require it to be done now via the cable. There was a note about a wheel lock being used and put back where it was found, but my lugnuts don't have any wheel locks. I called Onstar and spoke to their Connection team, they were able to walk me through fixing the android wireless and based on that I feel the service dept was just avoiding trying to resolve the issue. This was a terrible service experience all around, I'm shocked that items noted were done but weren't, and with not even taking time to look into the tech issue on top of it was just unacceptable. I feel customers should expect more from the supposed #1 dealer in the state.

Always a wonderful experience! Was quoted an amazing price to have some scratches buffed out on both sides of my vehicle, and when I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it! The people at Feldman are incredible!! Appreciate them greatly!!

Oil change

Cameron greeted me very nicely and got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Work was 100% satisfied. Cameron always takes good care of me and my vehicles.

2024 Blazer

The saleswoman was very courteous and professional. The paperwork was done in a very efficient manner. The financial salesman was also very courteous and professional.

Service

The Malibu was taken in for Oil Change and a Oil Leak in oil pan was found. The car was left for a day and finished the next day.
