I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Jetta here and would absolutely recommend this dealership. I drove over an hour to get there, and it was well worth the trip. Aaron was wonderful to work with from my first phone call through the entire purchase. He was friendly, personable, transparent about the pricing and fees, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. When I picked up the car, he helped me get everything connected and walked me through all of its features. The entire staff was welcoming, the paperwork was prepared ahead of time, and the process was quick and stress-free. After visiting and speaking with several dealerships during my car search, the level of customer service here really stood out. Aaron and the team have definitely earned my future business. I will happily make the drive again when it's time for my next vehicle!
