I purchased the exact car that I was looking for in excellent condition for its year. But this about the dealer experience: Rich’s approach is different than other dealers that I visited. The cars were clean, but not overly detailed, air freshener did not overwhelm (it was detailed at delivery) and there were no surprise documentation or other fees. We chatted, copied license and a free-range road test followed by conversation. Good deal and I happily purchased. This is what I had originally planned to post. But cars are complex things and my mechanic discovered a potential problem that I had missed. I called Rich and the immediate response was bring it in and we will fix it. I live 70 miles away so time was an issue. We worked out a fair solution that was promptly honored. The net: I would do it again and recommend to friends.

There isn't a better buying experience than dealing with Rich. Don't bother with the big dealers and shop local for the shopping experience you've always wanted.

This was the first used car purchase made since I was 21. The customer service was attentive but not in your face. The pricing was very competitive with not a lot of negotiating hassle required. The offer for my used car was at the top of my expected range. There was no hard sell or delay tactics. I purchased a 3.5 year old Camry and the pricing could not be touched in any sales location nearby and I did a lot of research. New quality tires and brakes took care of the maintenance needs. We were very happy with this experience and will continue to get service here.

Recently I purchased a 2008 Ford F250 with a plow from Rich. All I can say is WOW!!! Rich says that he wants to make the customer happy and more importantly he wants them to come back in the future. Well I can certainly tell you that not only will I be going back, but I am telling all my friends about them also. I was concerned about buying a high mileage used vehicle, Rich handed me the keys and told me to take it to my mechanic to have it looked at. My mechanic is my local Ford dealer which is about an hour away from Rich's dealership. To my amazement my mechanic found the vehicle to be in exactly the condition that Rich said it was and that he would buy it for himself. Rich handled all of the registration and insurance stuff and had the truck inspected for me. All I had to do was drive away with my new truck. My wife and I both agree that this buying experience was better than buying a new car. With Rich a handshake and his word mean something and he definitely breaks the typical used car dealer stereotype. All I can say is thank you and see you when we are looking for our next used car.

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Rich and John. Without question, it was the best buying experience I have ever had. The guys were very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful while not pressuring me in the slightest. I live a few hours away from their dealership, but it was well worth the drive to be able to work with Rich and John. They were very accommodating, and willing to work with me. I am very satisfied with the truck, and even more so with the buying experience. I will definitely go back the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle! Thanks John and Rich!

I just recently traded a jeep in and got a toyota yaris from Rich and he was great, very helpful. It is hard to find a local dealer like that nowdays. I will go back there anytime to get another car, because i know he would not sell any junk to his customers.

Rich was great from beginning to end. Very open and honest. I received a good deal on my trade and the used Ridgeline I bought from him. He installed new breaks, was open about the potential downsides to the vehicle and after we made the deal, he polished everything up better than it was and noticed that the wipers needed replacement and just took care of it at no charge. I would recommend him to everyone. He has a nice selection of cars on the lot as well.

I have never dealt with a more honest and upfront salesman, Rich (owner). Not only is he straightforward and honest, he is a genuinely nice person. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I will be back.

Finally a used car dealership you can trust! After being stiffed by two dealerships, I stopped in here and am so glad I did. Honest guys selling top of the line quality used cars and with a no pressure approach. I bought a perfect condition 2010 Rav4 at an extremely reasonable price. They encouraged me to have it inspected by my mechanic to convince myself of the quality of the car. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
