We recently purchased a new Altima from Lia Nissan of Colonie. The whole experience was pleasant.Deon was welcoming and straightforward. We were there less than an hr. We met Tom the sales manager and he was true to his word. The day of delivery, Finance manager Pedro made the paperwork short and sweet.We are very happy with our purchase, They treated us with respect and listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

I had a great experience here after visiting several dealerships that acted very smug in this hectic market. This dealership was fair and did not markup their cars above MSRP. Horrible Used Vehicle Prep.....

Purchased 2018 Nissan Frontier and expected to pickup at noon. Arrived and service Dept. had not completed requested service nor had vehicle been cleaned. Opened hood to check condition and found entire under hood area filthy. Battery and surrounding mounting, terminals and body panels were severely corroded from battery acid which mechanic never cleaned or mentioned to service manager, of if he did it was ignored. After I complained, they did a partial but unsatisfactory cleanup. Note that had I not looked under the hood they would have delivered it in this condition! They stated that the OEM battery (3-years old) was good when in fact it was not after taking the vehicle to a shop for a proper test. Due to bad battery, the charging system was cooking it and boiling out acid. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealer for service, based on this first experience. I would suggest going elsewhere for your service needs.....

They knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything and answered all my questions. These are valuable employees and I hope are recognized for their efforts.
