Absolutely horrible service department! Damaged our 4 month old Sentra (essentially brand new) when brought in for warranty issue and then tried to pass the buck onto another Nissan dealership! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP A ANY COSTS!

Nissan Customer Care will be in contact with your dealership and possibly the owners of Lia Auto Group concerning this matter that took place at your dealership in Colonie NY.

I contacted Nissan Corporate and filed a formal complaint concerning this dealership. We notified Nissan Corporate concerning this dealership issue. Everything has been documented with photos attached. Waiting on a response from them. Told them that since this dealership is responsible for the damage to our vehicle that they will need to make it right and restore the vehicle to its original factory condition. If the vehicle is going to be in their body shop (where it should have gone to in the first place), then they will need to provide us with a loaner vehicle while our vehicle is being repaired.

As always The service was great. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car and I was expecting the worst . Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as I thought it could be. I want to give a shout out to Ryan Meyers he made sure I was updated on how it was going and realizing my car would be tied up I inquired about getting a rental and Ryan took care of it. I have been with Lia a very long time and will remain a customer. Thank-you
