Had my 2nd service done at Lia Hyundai of Albany, NY, on

Had my 2nd service done at Lia Hyundai of Albany, NY, on my 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, which I bought new at this dealership. I scheduled this service via telephone a couple weeks earlier. At 8K miles and 2 years old, I didn't expect any problems or issues with my vehicle and there were none. My Service Writer, Michael Carpenter, couldn't have been nicer. He was very professional as well as polite and friendly. He assured me that the service should take no longer than an hour and a half, (Oil and Oil Filter change, Tire Rotation and NYS Inspection.), and everything was completed earlier than that, which was nice. With the Hyundai Complimentary Service and a coupon for a free NYS Inspection that Lia Hyundai mailed to me, there was no cost to me for this service. Nice to receive a freebie from a car company!

I recently leased a 2025 Venue with the help of Cassandra Storm. She was on the look-out for this particular Venue over several months. I bought my car few years ago from Lia Hundai Albany and am vary satisfied with the purchase. This year the car needed some work. I was worried about the price but Fred Jacobs was excellent to work with. Fred explained all the work that was necessary to be done and what I can do at a later date. They were also accommodating arranging pick up from home and from work via Lift.

I love Lia Hyundai! We have never had anything but great service here. Yesterday was no exception! Tim Frank took care of the service on my vehicle. He was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of! I’ll be back soon enough!

We went to the dealership as walk-in, but ended up

We went to the dealership as walk-in, but ended up leaving the place with car keys. All in one day! What supposed to be just an inquiry turned to be our best decision to date. Mike, who attended to us, was so accommodating. He knows how to match what you need without pushing—laying out the best options you can get. He assissted us from start to the end, even showed us that Hyundai key fobs are actually Hyundai logo which is pretty cool! Everything was taken care of from start to finish, dmv papers, assistance on getting an auto insurance, and options on practical ad-ons. Great people, great manager, great options and services. A lot of thanks to Jeff, and of course, to Mike—a great guy who's doing a really great job!

Service on my vehicle was prompt and Michael Carpenter explained all work required and the cost of all the work. I was very satisified with the service. Oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair/replacement.
