I purchased a car here.
I purchased a car here. The car was used and “as is” but the salesperson, Lynn, told me that the display screen and Bluetooth feature worked. That night, I was at the dealership for a long time because she got all my paperwork wrong and had to redo it. The SAME DAY that I bought the car, I got home and tried to connect my phone and it wouldn’t work. Half of the touch screen doesn’t work. So I called and Lynn said she would talk to her manager. Almost 2 weeks later, I followed up and she said to bring it in. I waited for almost 2 hours for them to tell me “it’s fine.” Lynn got in the car with me and I showed her it was broken. She told me to bring it back another day for their mechanic to fix it. I told her I would come Friday and she said she would confirm that then text me. She never did. I followed up AGAIN a few days later and she asked when I can come. I told her either tomorrow or the following day. She called me 3 days later and asked me when I could come AGAIN. We set an appointment. I got there and they basically told me they won’t fix it for me bc I didn’t buy the warranty. I explained that there are other issues with the car that I don’t hold them accountable for but this was expressly represented to me. I talked to the sales manager who said it was “he said/she said.” I asked him to simply ask the salesperson if she told me it works and he said “that’s neither here nor there. You have to trust but verify.” So basically, my lesson from that is that I shouldn’t believe anything she told me?? He said there was absolutely nothing he can do so I asked to speak to someone who can do something. The general manager also refused to make the repair for me. He said they would pay half and I said that wasn’t sufficient because I bought the car under the impression that the display worked BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE SALESPERSON SAID and because it doesn’t glitch until you actually try to connect a phone, so at the dealership, it looked normal, turned on, volume went up and down, etc. The general manager told me to “calm down.” I explained that I’ve been trying to deal with this for a month and that I’m frustrated. He told me “to be blunt, you have no legal recourse here.” I am an attorney and I told him “you’re not an attorney.” He told me he could end the conversation at any time, so I just walked out. Bottom line: the salesperson either lied or spoke out of turn and they all backed her up. They made me jump through hoops for a month just to refuse to do the right thing. Don’t buy at this shady business.

RED ALEAT WITH THESE GUYS.
RED ALEAT WITH THESE GUYS..........DO NOT BUY FROM THEM........... These individuals at Nash Auto engage in deceptive business practices. They advertise vehicles at one price to lure customers into visiting their dealership. However, upon arrival, the actual price is significantly higher due to the addition of mandatory add-ons. This tactic, known as bait-and-switch, is a dishonest way to inflate the final price. Essentially, they advertise a lower price but pressure customers into purchasing unnecessary add-ons totaling thousands of dollars, making the advertised price unattainable. This behavior is unethical and illegal.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM................

BAIT & SWITCH - List price plus mandatory add on
BAIT & SWITCH - List price plus mandatory add on products/services made vehicle unaffordable and too expensive. When offered to buy at list price plus normal tax/Lic fees, offer was not accepted without their additional fees of three thousand added to price.

As a female I will never step foot back into this place.
As a female I will never step foot back into this place. I was treated with so much disrespect. I have never dealt with such horrible people, between the False Advertising and calling me sweetheart. I am appalled this place is still in business. I was looking to buy a 2017 tiguan priced at $15,390 online and after sitting down to get a load full of xx, I was told the car is $15,990 and that was the lowest they could go. The owner of the company continuing to swear to God he's not lying to me. I asked if he was aware that this is false advertising and that its Illegal, His reaction was I know it's not NOT illegal. I don't care how many double negatives you use, but yes the owner acknowledges he is falsely advertising... I'm not even sure they want to sell their cars. If you are female or if you love one, I'm saving you a terrible experience from an extremely misogynistic company. Literally go anywhere else. The Manager Mo is Extremely hostile. Do not trust a word that comes out of the owner's (Nash) mouth Shannon is very much untrained, so beware

This dealer listed a 2019 Lexus LC500 for sale and I made
This dealer listed a 2019 Lexus LC500 for sale and I made an appointment to see and possibly purchase the car. The ad was taken down on Thursday and I called asked if it was sold, Shannon told me it still available and she made an appointment for me to come down this Saturday 1pm. However, 30 minutes before the appointment when I'm already driving on my way she texted and said appointment has been cancelled without any explanation. I called and she said her boss decided to buy the car. What an absolutely waste of time and how unprofessional this dealer is. This proves to me that buying expensive car like a Lexus should always be at Lexus Dealer and not these little no name dealer like this.
