I had really bad experience in service.time management so poor never done on time .telling us 2 hrs taking whole day .its happened all the time it’s batter... to drive Kalamazoo.never come back
Kevin is fantastic! He's been great to work with on our last two deals. The finance department is very efficient and easy to work with, as well.
We've been purchasing vehicles from BCH since we moved back to Michigan in 2002. We have always felt that the staff are honest and fair.
We drove over to Battle Creek Honda in 2010 to purchase a Fit that was not available locally. We drove back again in 2016 to buy our HR-V from them because... we were so pleased with our first experience. Both our sales representative, Kevin Bartlam, and the sales manager, Josh Alger, were open, helpful and knowledgeable in offering us an excellent price on the new car as well as an equitable trade-in offer for our old one. They are likely to see us once again in or around 2022!!

My experience in purchasing my new CR-V was an awesome experience. We have never had a bad experience at Battle Creek Honda, but Chad Rose, our salesman... was exceptional. I am not usually involved in the process when we buy cars, but this time it was my preference and my decision. Chad was so helpful and kind. At no time did he pressure us, try to change my mind or seem indifferent. He listened to what I wanted and then produced my dream car. I love my new CR-V E-XL and Chad was a large part of that. He explained the new features and walked me through the new technology with patience. I would (and already have) recommend Chad and Battle Creek Honda to others.
