After Purchase Car service Experience

Bad customer service . When i went to buy a car Miss Kimberly was very good in selling the cars. She gave me quote over the phone but when i went there they gave me diffent quote. Miss Kimberly said she did not know if the price would be higher. Upon her words i accepted the offer and ended to pay over $700 from negotiated price. I was happy to buy a car from them but after some time i noticed the rear door has slight difference as compared to other side rear door. it required minor adjustment so i gave them a call and schedule the appointment . When i took my car to them , the three people checked my car one advisor Will , Ryan and Miss kimberly . they checked my car's door inside and outside and said it needs to be adjusted and i was given a loaner car while my car is fixed. But When i came to recieve my car. It was messed up . Car's door was fixed unproessionally and scraches at bottom of the car . upon inquiring they tried to blame on me as if i brought the car in that condition. It was brand new car and no body noticed at the time when i brought the car? I observed at that time that they do not take care of customer's car when it is in the service area. After arguing they said they will talk to director and get it fixed . I did not even hear back from them for 2 weeks and they even did not gave me a call to update me for my car. I was diappointed and emotionally disturbed. I called Will advisor i want to talk to Director or GM they did not connect me to them either. Finally they fixed my car and i picked up my car. After 3 weeks they gave me an other shock that i have to pay EZ Tag Toll expenses. When i recieved a Loaner from them they showed me the loaned around they needed in same condition and gas meter i need to bring in same condition. I signed the agreement . same day when i noticed the EZ tag I called the advisor if it was included if i use it . he said yes it is included. If it was included then why do i need to pay the toll expenses? Now i am trying to call and leave voice msgs to manager but have not heard call back from them. I am told from customer service that director will call me but still i am waiting to hear from them . Very stressful and unprofessional purchasing and after purchasing experience .

Buyer Beware!!!!

Purchase of the car went well, but it took a long time to complete the sale. It was nearly 8pm when we left the dealership and was already dark outside. When I got the car home, I noticed that when they pulled the papers off the window on the back door, they damaged the window tint. I hadn't noticed it at the dealership, because it was dark and the salesman made sure to stand in front of that window until I got in the car. Also, within a few days of purchasing the car, the dash started displaying an error message about the instrument cluster needing to be serviced. I contacted Honda of Lake Jackson and the sales manager told me it just needed a software update, and that I could take it to a VW dealership to get it updated. The VW dealership charged me $190 to run a diagnostic scan, which revealed that the instrument cluster had a fault prior to me buying the car. They quoted me $1550 to replace the instrument cluster. When I shared this with the manager at Honda of Lake Jackson, I was told there was nothing they could do about it, and that I should have bought an extended warranty. The car did come with a 90 day warranty, but it conveniently does not cover this particular issue. I feel like they sold me a lemon. Needless to say, I will not be doing anymore business with Honda of Lake Jackson.

Happy new Honda owner

We came in to look at a new CRV and Vincent was so nice and showed us just what we were looking for. After test driving we were in love with all the features it has. Vincent made buying a great experience— he was very thorough with all the car can do.

Customer Service A++

This was by far the best experience buying a new car at a dealership! This was my 3rd Pilot (love them) and Corey and Jesse made the process stress free and so easy. The entire deal was made via the internet/emails and Honda of Lake Jackson beat all the local dealers price by a significant margin. Once we arrived at the dealership we were in and out in a little over an hour. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprise costs or markups. Make the drive to Lake Jackson, you won't regret it! Highly recommend!

Educated sales team, quick and efficient

Comforting experience. We had a Great salesman! He knew all his facts and answered all our questions thoroughly . Definitely helped us put all our fears of buying a new car aside and gave us the confidence we needed to actually commit and purchase a new car. He mentioned he was new but we would have never guessed with all his knowledge of the vehicles and financing information. I highly recommend buying from Honda but even more so I recommend taking your journey of finding and buying the right car with mr. David bronikowsky! He made our experience the best it could of possibly been. We probably would have never gone through with our purchase without him taking the time to educate us and explain every little detail!

Not shabby

Easy to deal with, offered fare trade in for my vehicle. Not much back in forth getting the numbers I wanted for the new vehicle. Only issue I had was the hour and half it took for the paperwork to be completed. No one was in a hurry to get it done at all. Other than that, not a bad dealership.

Very positive experience, internet sale dept

Effective way of shopping for the Honda CRV. Internet sale manager Tim was professional, attentive to details and efficient. All terms were agreed upon via email/phone before car is picked up. it was a great experience speaking with Tim in person and having him demonstrate all the new features that came with the vehicles. A pleasant, time saving, cost saving way to purchase a car.
