Scam

Avoid at all cost. Fraudulent. Sells crap with crap service and makes up extra charges. Be very careful dealing with these clowns. An absolute joke of a shop. And don't pay them more than. 19 cents for a plate screw... they charged my gramma $4.60 a piece.

I was able to purchase a very nice truck at a reasonable

I was able to purchase a very nice truck at a reasonable price. Finance guy was able to get truck financed at my bank which is a huge convenience.

Eli had great performance

Eli was great, he let me draw a picture of him and hang it up and we got a cool car too we got a Nissan Sentra. I found a QR code under a poster to write this review.

I bought my 2022 Canyon Elevation from them online.

I bought my 2022 Canyon Elevation from them online. Eli Henness was great from start to finish. They shipped my truck all the way to Mississippi for almost for free because of an extra discount they found.

NEVER go to Nissan Battle Creek, Michigan!!!!!

Had my vehicle in at least five times for the seat being loose and falling back when I take off from a stop and creaking in the seat when I’m driving. They conveniently never heard anything and wouldn’t fix it, but it’s all over the web for multiple Nissan vehicles having the very same issue. I still had at least three free oil changes from buying the vehicle and conveniently,after my warranty ended, they couldn’t find anything about free oil changes and acted like they knew nothing about it. Every time I took it in for oil changes or the seat issues, the service guys were very rude and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Just stood there staring at their computers and never even greeted me. The last time I was in for the seat issue, the manager said he couldn’t find anything on any posts about the issue so I researched myself and took in printed copies of what I found and then he decides to say, "that’s the same things I found". Omg, really?! I will never buy another Nissan as long as I live and I will never go to the Battle Creek Nissan for anything. All this BS runaround I received and dealing with it after only 15,000 miles on the vehicle, disappointed me so badly, I just want to take it somewhere else and trade it in on a different make vehicle. Or drive it into a tree.
