    Horrible sales service, I was the first to call and arrange to see a vehicle and was notified an hour beforehand that it was sold. This was 5 minutes after... the sales guy Dan Walker asked me to send him a picture of my credit card over a text message. Wasn’t real fond of dealerships to begin with and I’ll be sure never to buy anything here. I asked about putting in a deposit on Saturday. Monday afternoon Dan emailed me back to say he would make sure the vehicle was there for me to buy. I have the texts and emails if anyone would care to see them. Which I highly doubt other then the BBB who I’m contacting now.

    Took my Nissan Altima in for recall work on transmission. Was charged $3800 for a new transmission, which is slipping and causing car to jerk. Have less... than 1,000 miles on new transmission. The air conditioner is also no longer working, which was working before I took the car in.

    I purchased a used 2013 GMC Terrain out of town knowing the heated seats did not work. From the first time I contacted DeMaagd GMC in Battle Creek they... were very professional, told me what they were going to do to fix the problem then called me at home and advised it was going to be a little more involved and the price. The problem was solved the next day and they called me to come pick-up the vehicle, the heated seats now work perfect, they did a great job with excellent communication skills.     I have had issues with a 2012 vehicle and warranty work on that vehicle. I have had nothing but trouble with diesel exhaust issues. Truck basically goes... into limp mode and I have had the truck into the service department no less than 6 times. They have not solved the problem. I have contacted GM headquarters customer care and they have also done nothing to help with the problem. They extended my warranty to cover the problems but still have not solved the problem. Very poor service from the dealership very poor commitment to solving the problem from either party.

    We are very sorry for the problems your having with your truck. Unfortunately your problems are 100% caused by rodents chewing on the wiring of the DE...F system as we discussed with you . DEMAAGD GMC and General motors have been more than generous to fix your problem twice for free under warranty. in conclusion your truck is the only one we have had this type of problem with.
