I was dealing with them on Facebook marketplace and the guy said his name was Omar whoever’s representing their Facebook page and the guy told me it was not an auction because I was trying to get a lower price because I was paying cash and then he told me xxxx you so Professional will not give them a penny of my money

I highly recomend this dealership! Just the day before at another dealership I was turned down for financing and had a horrible experience. Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. He made the transaction extremely pleasurable.

This place suxs, stinks, they scam, lie. They aren't honest dealership. I got a small cargo van which passed the VA inspection. 2 days after purchased I took to MD to pass the inspection and the didn't because has several issues with front suspension and has a engine leak. I called the bank to cancel the loan. This dealership treated me and "force" to pay for the car because I was "as is". They didn't mentioned at all the main repair that this cargo van needs. Having a cosigner and e with a great credit score, still the look for the bank with the HIGHEST interest. They are scammed and they got mad because their fraud was caught it. They are scammers, dishonest, sell crap use cars, junk cars. Plus they love to intimidate their customers if they don't get pay from the banks because the loan failed by their crap cars. Stay away from this dealership

The finance manager was very unprofessional and rude! Very cocky and put forth not one inch of professionalism. I offered to pay in cash still acted unprofessional. I believe Ted is his name.

Literally tried scamming me, told me one thing online and in person the prices changed. Sketchy dealer stay far away from this place.

The mileage for the vehicle was advertised as 95701, however, the pictures provided indicated that the mileage was 195,701. I inquired about the mileage, but I never got a response. I took another look at the vehicle and noticed that the mileage had been updated.

I recommend passing this place by when attempting to purchase a used vehicle. We had quite the unpleasant experience with management (Ray). We phoned in to inquire about a vehicle prior to driving the lengthy distance to the dealership. The manager seemed upset that we were asking questions. His answers were short and snappy, and his attitude was quite nasty and rude. He wanted to make sure we understood that customer care wasn't his top priority as customers come and go all the time.
