Car Recall Review

2018 Avalon 10K Mile Service
I took my Avalon in for the 10K mile service. Was in and out quick. Courtney was friendly and thorough as always, and Kris took the time to ask me how I liked my vehicle and if I was happy with the Service Department. They truly care if the customer is satisfied.

As always, excellent service and that "little extra" from every employee. The price for the "oil change and cabin filter" seemed rather high at over $150.00 however. I recommed Sunshine Toyota to everyone though.

My service appointment went very well - waiting time was well within reason and the accomodations for waiting are great. The complementary coffee, donuts and popcorn make the wait time fly by.

Oil Change went smoothly
I drive up from Kalamazoo to get my car serviced at Sunshine Toyota because I like the people here so well. I have never had a major mechanical problem with my car, so I really can't comment on their competency. But so far they appear to be good---work fast and will take the time to answer all my questions. They are also a dog friendly group---a real plus for me. My dogs are welcome in their waiting room and love all the attention they get from employees passing through the area.
