My next vehicle
The Benton Harbor dealership offered to charge my EV vehicle even though I am not (yet) a customer of theirs. Dealership customer relations are simply outstanding and I cannot recall a similarly positive experience. This is certainly is going to be my first stop when shopping for my next vehicle.

Wow, how refreshing to have a knowledgeable salesperson who was not pushy at all and was very efficient in closing the deal. Strongly recommend TJ and the team over at Signature Hyundai, the best dealership experience I have personally ever had.

Good Service
Ron S. Helped me solve a problem I was having with my car. My check engine light was on and before getting it diagnosed, he explained that if my gas cap was loose, it would cause that light to come on. He was right. I always trust him with my car.

I trust Ron Schoenfelder to give me the best service for my 2 cars. He is absolutely great, notes any safety items that should need addressed, makes sure my service items are done to my satisfaction. It is a good feeling to know someone is looking out for you. That is rare today.

Ain’t got no
Car was never cleaned up, maybe to cover up dings that was apparent. Was low mileage but price more then made up for it. Constantly asking when I was going to be there but couldn’t test drive it until it went through their inspection. When it did go through inspections I went there to test drive, they would not discount it a penny. Needless to say I’m not buying an overpriced car 2 hours from home. If I’m going to contribute to the economy it will be local to me. Didn't try to make you feel comfortable, or customer satisfaction isn’t taught or come natural anymore?

Service department was great handling a recall on my vehicle. Phil was awesome took care of an issue that was confusing on MyHyunai account and gave me a free service even though there was obviously an error. Also put up cheerfully with my constant questions.

Just took delivery of the 6th vehicle our family has purchased from Signature Auto Group, once again they hit a home run in all areas. Salesman was great, the new Tundra was delivered in beautiful condition, the pricing was very fair and everyone was a real joy to deal with. Because we own a business, we know these things don’t just happen , especially in these times. Thanks to everyone for making our transaction a fun experience, we appreciate you and your efforts. My son found a used car he liked at Signature, and ended up working with Mike Reznick. He was very respectful and neither he, nor anyone else at the dealership, pushed us to spend more than we intended. We felt like we got a good car at a good price, and I would go there again to purchase or lease a car.
