We purchased a new Tucson 2 weeks ago. Wisdom was our salesperson and he did a great job. He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. Ron and Anna P.S.....The coffee there is wonderful

We purchased a new Tucson 2 weeks ago. Wisdom was our salesperson and he did a great job. Very friendly, trusting, turned me loose for a test drive
Very friendly, trusting, turned me loose for a test drive with just a copy of my license. However, car was dirty on the outside. Inside was ok.

Whatever you do.
Whatever you do...do not deal with this place. I had a car deal done with them. When I called to finalize everything they told me they sold the car without telling me or calling me with no warning. They said i should have put a deposit down. They never asked for a deposit NOT ONCE. The word is Liar. A deal we worked 4 days to build. I left standing with money in hand. I would use different words, but this is a public forum. They is the most back handed and dishonest thing I've ever been apart of. Watch your back with this folk, take ur car buying business elsewhere. I would give them negative stars if I could.

My next vehicle
The Benton Harbor dealership offered to charge my EV vehicle even though I am not (yet) a customer of theirs. Dealership customer relations are simply outstanding and I cannot recall a similarly positive experience. This is certainly is going to be my first stop when shopping for my next vehicle.

Wow, how refreshing to have a knowledgeable salesperson who was not pushy at all and was very efficient in closing the deal. Strongly recommend TJ and the team over at Signature Hyundai, the best dealership experience I have personally ever had.

Good Service
Ron S. Helped me solve a problem I was having with my car. My check engine light was on and before getting it diagnosed, he explained that if my gas cap was loose, it would cause that light to come on. He was right. I always trust him with my car.

I trust Ron Schoenfelder to give me the best service for my 2 cars. He is absolutely great, notes any safety items that should need addressed, makes sure my service items are done to my satisfaction. It is a good feeling to know someone is looking out for you. That is rare today.

Ain’t got no
Car was never cleaned up, maybe to cover up dings that was apparent. Was low mileage but price more then made up for it. Constantly asking when I was going to be there but couldn’t test drive it until it went through their inspection. When it did go through inspections I went there to test drive, they would not discount it a penny. Needless to say I’m not buying an overpriced car 2 hours from home. If I’m going to contribute to the economy it will be local to me. Didn't try to make you feel comfortable, or customer satisfaction isn’t taught or come natural anymore?
