Great experience with service from Frank Presti our salesman and the finance guy Robert Kearns on buying our new 2026 Escalade Cadillac. They explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. Pleasant experience overall !

Bonnie was my service rep. Did a great job checking the vehicle in explaining the services I had made reservations for and the pricing associated with such. Also took the time to apply any special coupons. The dealership may have offered. Kept in constant communication and knew I was waiting for the vehicle so the service was performed quickly and efficiently, and they brought a very clean car back to me. This was my first experience with this dealership since I purchased a car and I found everybody to be professional and courteous

This is my second time bringing my car in for service here, night and day compared to my dealer down in FL they are super accommodating and complete professionals they were able to identify existing problems my previous dealer missed. Amanda Morris my representative was awesome got me right in and out and actually Listened to what I was telling her. Beyond excellent customer service.
