★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY FROM H&R AUTO – SHADY, DECEITFUL, AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS! I’m writing this as a serious warning to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from H&R Auto. My experience was not only frustrating,it was outright disgraceful and dishonest. I purchased a Kia Optima from this dealership and paid all cash. Just three weeks after the purchase, the car began jerking and completely shut down on the highway, putting me in danger. I had to tow it off the road, only to have more problems appear shortly after, a blinking engine light, signaling serious internal issues – all in the space of 4months in 2025. When I returned the car to the dealership and demanded answers, I was chased out of the dealership and embarrassed publicly. Not only did the chief salesman, Oscar refuse to help, they treated me like I did not matter. No support. No accountability. Zero professionalism! I later took the car to a kia dealership who informed me that the dealership was aware of these problems before selling the car, they simply chose not to disclose it. They handed me a broken vehicle, and conveniently left those issues out of the paperwork. That’s not just shady, it is blatant fraud!!! Oscar, one of the people I dealt with, was incredibly deceitful and manipulative throughout the process. He sold the car with a smile, but the moment things went wrong, he disappeared. Smooth talker at first, but don’t be fooled. H&R Auto is everything that gives used car dealerships a bad name: dishonest, predatory, and willing to sell dangerous, defective cars to innocent buyers. Avoid them like the plague. If you value your money, safety, and peace of mind, do NOT trust this dealership.

Oscar tried very hard to meet my needs, even trying to get me into an alternative vehicle, but ultimately they were unable to meet my needs.

Horrible dealership. Sell junk cars and then turn around and tell customers that they should have just bought a new car if they wanted a car without major problems..... Beyond dumb but says a lot about them as a dealership
