This is a Service Department review.

This is a Service Department review. Called because I was mailed a coupon for $100 off service or that’s what I thought. I called Service explaining I had a coupon and needed new spark plugs. The only reason I contacted Art Moehn Jackson, Mi was because of this coupon. The female that scheduled the service never questioned anything about the coupon and said yes we can schedule you before that coupon expires. After service was performed I was advised the coupon was only covering $36.76, nothing close to $100 as it was printed on the coupon. I was given several explanations why it was not $100. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. I purchased the vehicle from there in 2021. I had gotten prices from other businesses and with the coupon Art Moehn was the cheapest. In the future the people answering the Service Department phones should be giving out the correct information instead of indicating information that is incorrect. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Warning!

Warning! Stay away from Art Moehn Chevrolet if you are looking for a used car. I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from them and it has a blown head gasket and my mechanic said they had to have known it had this problem prior to them selling it to me because when they changed the oil it would have been white because of the coolant leaking into the piston chambers and mixing with the oil. I am a disabled senior citizen and my wife is also,She has to use an electric wheelchair and we can't afford to have this vehicle repaired. Also they had archived the engine codes in the computer that indicated misfires in cylinders 3 and 5 which would have told me there was a problem with the engine.

Went in for transmission fluid change and the ruined the

Went in for transmission fluid change and the ruined the job. Vehicle was fine coming in now running rough. Of course they deny it. Stay clear from this place!! Prices gouging and workers cannot complete job!

I purchased my car in January 2024.

I purchased my car in January 2024. When it came time to do the first oil change, we got under the car and found that the dealership had absolutely butchered the job of reinstalling the oil plug. The wrong size was installed, is terribly over torqued, and it is impossible to remove. They will not return our calls and take accountability for the obvious damage they have caused. They can't handle the responsibility of a simple oil change; please don't think they will do any other service with integrity, either.

the sale went well, but the service after the sale was less then my worst experance. i would not reamend buying from them ever. a guy there named Charlie he will not reply to you when you try to contact him. he should be let go, worst person i have ever delt with.

I was told, "We don't charge a doc fee.

I was told, "We don't charge a doc fee." We just double charge (at an obscene rate) "Other taxable charges." It's my own fault. I asked about doc fees and they said as above, and I believed them. NEVER trust a used car salesperson.

Quick service

It didn't take long at all! Very pleasant area staff and was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while I waited for my service to be completed.

I found Fadi through Facebook when I was looking for my

I found Fadi through Facebook when I was looking for my ZL1. Fadi was honest with me about the ordering process and said he would not ask for a deposit until my order was accepted by GM. The order was accepted the very next day! He is amazing to work with and very responsive! I go to him for all my car needs.
