I live some distance from the dealership, and they picked up my car and brought it back after service. They did the work I asked for - without upselling - and got it done in a timely way. The pre-repair inspection of common areas of concern like battery posts and tire tread was videoed, and provided before the service rep call to get my agreement to proposed work. All the staff I encountered in person or on the phone were polite and capable. I have been driving cars since 1955, and this was the easiest, least stressful, service experience I have had.

Forest was amazing throughout about a month of dialogue over text, phone, and email. He really understood that we didn’t want to end up upside down on the trade unless there were some significant gains—and he delivered, with the help of AJ. My wife was able to get back into the vehicle line she truly loves after trying something else for a while. Forest and AJ worked hard to get us into a newer vehicle (by 2 years!) while also saving us 80,000 miles compared to where we were. We’re so grateful for their diligent work and the genuine relationship they built with us along the way. We also want to thank Eric, who made the final part of the process simple and stress-free by explaining everything clearly.
