I recently purchased my 3rd Acura vehicle with Jay Kraus
I recently purchased my 3rd Acura vehicle with Jay Kraus as my salesman. I owned nothing but Lexus vehicles for 30 years, but wanted to try something different and decided on Acura because Jay was very knowledgeable and professional in working with me. No high pressure and very fair in dealing on the sale. I have not been disappointed and would highly recommend Acura vehicles but also Jay.

Thanks for a great experience. The easiest and most professional car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Alan Jankiewicz and Jay Kraus. Highly recommend if you want a great car at a highly competitive price in excellent condition. Also thanks for the no hassle easy in and easy out buying process.

My name is Mark Koelmel and my wife's name is Lora.
My name is Mark Koelmel and my wife's name is Lora. We just recently purchased a 2022 RDX from Acura Of Omaha. Our experience was probably one of the best we have had in buying a vehicle. Jay Kraus was very helpful and Larry Gish, who I have personally known for many years were very accommodating and went out of their way to get us into a car that we were looking for. They didn't try to sell us anything we were not looking for. I think salesmen like that are getting harder and harder to find. We look forward to having this new relationship with Acura Of Omaha continue. Sincerely, Mark & Lora Koelmel Mead Ne.

We were asked to bring our 2020 Acura RDX in for a fuel
We were asked to bring our 2020 Acura RDX in for a fuel pump recall. We did this on July 2, 2025. They made the change. “Magically”, after taking the car home, it suffered from a malfunctioning and battery draining alternator issue. We had to get it towed, battery replaced and a new alternator. This came in at just under $2,000. Again, never an issue or any problem with this car. Their service person said it was merely a coincidence. They charged us $60 for the tow. They didn’t have the part and charged us $65 to express ship it. We’ve purchased 3 cars over the years from them and this is how they treat you! I let them know it’s evident that they are not relational, purely transactional. NEVER doing business again with those folks! I know they do not care, I’m simply warning you, don’t fall for it. They live up to the shady mechanics stereotype. Bang up job Acura.

Several years ago we worked with Jay Kraus to purchase an MDX. We like it so much that we decided to replace our Honda Accord with a new RDX. We enjoyed working with Jay Kraus for the MDX so we worked with him again. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We have also always had a good experience with their service center. I have no problem recommending this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car through
I had a great experience purchasing my new car through Acure, I usually HATE having to purchase a car through a dealership due to the hassle time and pressure I felt but dealing with Jay Kraus the process was very easy, they gave me a fair price for my trade, searched for any and every discount I was eligible for and I did not feel pressured in any way. Jay Krauss was a wonderful guy to work with, he took his time to go over ever detail of my new RDX and even when I had trouble when I got home he was there to help my husband figure it out, and even followed up with us after a few times, so if you are looking for a new or used car and heading into acura of omaha ask for Jay Kraus he will make your experience as pleasant as possible!

I brought my Acura MDX to Acura of Omaha for a safety
I brought my Acura MDX to Acura of Omaha for a safety recall involving the connecting rod bearings. While the recall work itself was completed, within a month I began hearing a knocking sound whenever I turned the wheel. Concerned, I had the vehicle inspected by my trusted local mechanic and was shocked to discover that multiple bolts—including those on the control arm, subframe, and subframe stiffening plate—were loose. This type of oversight is not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous. Even more disappointing was the response from Acura of Omaha and service advisor Garry Beier. They refused to take any responsibility for the issue, claimed it was not their fault, and offered no assistance whatsoever—not even a complimentary alignment, despite having tested the alignment themselves and noting that the rear alignment was off. This misalignment is very likely a direct result of the loose bolts their team failed to properly secure. Thanks to my local mechanic, the bolts were correctly torqued and the issue was resolved—but this is work that never should have been necessary after a visit to a certified Acura service center. I can only recommend Acura of Omaha’s Service Department if you absolutely have no other option. My experience reflects a serious lapse in quality control, accountability, and customer service. I expected more from an official Acura dealership.
