There was no pressure that you normally get at a lot of the other car dealerships and I was reassured that they will do everything they can to make this the best experience possible. Justin was fantastic! I called ahead and told him the cars I was interested in seeing. When I got there, the cars were warmed up and waiting for me to test drive! He didn’t pressure me at all during the buying process. I ended up with a car I love. Now for the best part, I walked in to test drive at 9am. I was pulling out of the lot with my registered and inspected car at noon!!! He handled everything while I picked up my daughter from school. Gone are the days doing paperwork at the dealer for hours. I highly recommend Washington street motors.

I originally purchased a car at Washington St Motors in 2006, and I decided to replace that car in August 2019. They had a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was what I needed, so I purchased the car that day. Very happy with Justin Ryan and the WSM service dept.

I got my first car in 2016 from WSM and was so impressed with the customer service I received from Justin. I got a 2014 Ford Fusion and they made sure my car was decked out with new tires and new brakes before I drove it off the lot. I’ve used Washington Street exclusively since getting my car from them. That car never gave me any trouble either! The only “big” issue was fixing the breaks after they wore down from use and patching up a tire when it got a leak. Washington Street was able to help me with both of those fixes too! Unfortunately I got into an accident which rendered my 2014 fusion a total loss and the first place I went looking for new cars was Washington Street. I trust them and I know that I’ll be taken care of by them. Today I just picked up my new 2017 Ford Fusion and again I received amazing customer service from Justin and Chris. They put no pressure on me to buy a car and let me look around at the cars as I pleased. They were super helpful in making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable and ready for my purchase. I go to Washington Street for all my car related needs and when I need recommendations they have those too! Love this place! I’m definitely a customer for life and recommend them to all my friends and family! Seriously go take a look I’m certain you won’t be disappointed!!!
