The Service Dept. representative, Brad was beyond great during my interaction with him. Brad was very helpful, transparent, and provided updates throughout the process as my vehicle needed a relatively lengthy service. No complaints.

Oil change takes too long.
Oil change takes too long. I was there for over an hour. If customers have to schedule an appointment, it should be faster than a 15 min lube shop. People are great but time is excessive.
