new car

I bought a CT4 on September 25 2021 , The car has problems they knew it and never told me about this, also was no fix for it now they will not bye the car back . The way I am being treated by Harvey and GM I will never buy anything from them ,and everyone I know will know about this , Harvey needs to make this right .

Called to ask what I wanted when u had said I was...

Called to ask what I wanted when u had said I was Interested in the Mazda and I asked about financing and they were suppose to call me back right there and then to check on my status and never got a call and when I called back the next afternoon they said “oh yeah sorry car was sold last night you can keep looking at our page though.” Like could’ve called me the day of at least to let me know about the financing..

Jenny - We wish for complete satisfaction for our clients. We received your emails after our dealership group closed and responded the next morning. We followed up with a call about an hour later and left a message. Unfortunately, by the time you called back that afternoon, the vehicle had been sold. With used cars in short supply, this can happen and we apologize.

Excellent buying experience

Easiest car acquisition of my life.

Found the car on Cars.com. E-mailed Harvey Cadillac and got Becky Gifried on the phone. She not only sold me the car but also set up transportation for delivery. I live in Boise they are in Grand Rapids. Easy Peasy!
