I never met Les Foale so I can not rate him.

I never met Les Foale so I can not rate him. The majority of contract negotiations was online. I had not signed anything and came on sight to negotiate the final agreement. The salesman led me to believe that I had agreed to what had been sent online. At one point they had tried to get me to sign the contract online before I had been able to physically check the vehicle out. I did not like this aspect. The contact with the financial/document specialist was outstanding.

positive experience buying a new car. no pressure from the dealer. bought online, turnaround time at dealer was short. could have used bit more info on multimedia and info about service facilities. both sales rep and sale manager were friendly and helpful.
