Salesperson Chris Shultz was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Dodge Durango. More important - there was a brake problem noted the day after... purchase. Called Chris. He scheduled service appointment for the following day. Problem corrected. I would do business with him again. Definitely customer focused

Highly recommend Matt Hoople when buying a new or useful vehicle. Was in some trouble with my last vehicle, but he worked around it and gave us a great... deal while finding ways to give us money back as well.
I took it for a recall fix and the car left worse than before. Mind you my vehicle did not even have an issue to begin with, just recall and now they ignore... my phone calls and cannot even return calls. Do not go there. They charge you also a diagnose fee which is a pure waste of money cause they will never diagnose anything. Stay away!!!

Bought a brand new Jeep that needed repairs the 4th day I owned it. Had to beg to get it in for service and it was kept for 2 days. Service consultant... didn't follow up with me at all. I was the one who had to call and call. Was asked about my experience via SMS by Brent and when I said I was displeased I got no reply.
Very informative and pleasant to converse with. I would recommend Matt to any of my friends who might be in the process of looking for a car.
