A dealership that is honest and does right by the

A dealership that is honest and does right by the customer. We purchased our first Wagoneer on 5/2/24 from Dale. It was used and we flew in from out of state. Dale was able to make sure that EVERYTHING was perfect on our used vehicle. Everything we had discussed over the phone stayed the same when we arrived. The Wagoneer was is in great condition, and we feel we got a very good deal. Months later, we realized there was a clerical error made on our Mopar extended warranty. I called the dealership and Dale is now the Sales Manager. He worked with the Finance Manager, Greg, and the GM, Trevor. Trevor personally called and told me that everything was fixed and sent me over the updated paperwork. This is an HONEST dealership that stood behind their word even months after the sale. Thank you Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

My Wrangler 4xe has now been here for 3 weeks - the

My Wrangler 4xe has now been here for 3 weeks - the electric battery has failed and there is no end in sight to getting a new one. I had to get my own ride for the first two weeks. The people at Courtesy are very nice, but apparently have no power to get parts from Chrysler. My advice - don't ever buy an electric vehicle. I'm tired of being the guinea pig. I'm updating my star rating. The people at the Courtesy Jeep dealership have listened and responded to my every need. It's a shame Stellantis can't be more reliable for their sake. Despite this, they are doing a great job at trying to make Stellantis look good.

Terrible Service Department wanted to charge me to

Terrible Service Department wanted to charge me to install a warrantied fuel tank. They said they had proof I had a altered exhaust and it would take extra time. I asked them for any type of documentation that they had to prove it and of course they wouldn't give it to me. This isn't the only time they have tacked on a few extra dollars on their "work". I also had a recall on my airbag they messed up on and had to re-install a 2nd time because of their shoddy work. $75 to read codes that their botched Airbag produced. They may be good at selling cars but do yourself a favor and get them serviced elsewhere.

Awesome Service

I stopped by without an appointment because I was in the area. They were fairly busy but the service manager dropped everything and asked how he could help me. I stated that my windshield washer quit squirting. He found a broken plastic connector and removed it himself. He checked with "parts" and they had one in stock. By the time that I paid for it, he had it fixed. Plus - they did not charge any labor! I was in & out in 15 minutes. That is EXCELLENT service.
