I had been avoiding dealerships because I don't even entertain the thought of buying something without my mechanics looking at it. Called up Fernando on his cell phone and asked if I would be allowed to take it a few towns over to have it looked at. Was shocked that he was so flexible. Took it out and got a great report back. These guys really take care of their cars and their customers. There was no pressure whatsoever and they treat you right from the minute you make a call or walk in the door to the minute you drive off the lot (and after with great warranties!). In the same day I test drove, had my mechanic look at, and bought a 2008 Honda Civic Manual transmission in pristine condition in a matter of hours. Buying process could not have been easier. Recommend Brookside Motors to anyone. Very affordable too!

To make it simple, this dealer did not pressure me throughout any of the process of looking for a car today. Something that I couldn't say about the other 2 dealers I went too. What also surprised me is that Fernando had no problem letting me drive the car to my mechanic. I left a refundable deposit and will be going back Saturday to pick it up.

Fernando introduced himself and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was never pressured or felt pressured, which made me feel so comfortable. It made me come back the following day to purchase an Acura MDX, which Fernando gave me the options of financing, paying by credit card or by cash. I ended up financing the car and I was in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Brookside Motors to everyone.
