I have never left a review for any business before. I never felt compelled to until purchasing a used truck from RPM Motors around a month ago. First off I absolutely love the truck. The process was very fast and smooth, however my dealings with my salesman Chad was probably the worst experience I've been a part of while purchasing anything. Chad is the epitome of a "professional used car salesman". I will run you through the process and you can decide for yourself if he is someone you care to work with. I found the vehicle online and after looking at roughly a dozen or so pictures decided to call and start the process of purchasing this vehicle. There was no negotiating on the price whatsoever. Chad indicated the vehicle was available and I said to start the paperwork and I would be in on Saturday. Chad indicated they were only open until 3pm. As we had an appointment already, we were going to be cutting it close. Chad said "I only need you for about half an hour, I can't make money if im sitting in an office with you for four hours". Kind of started off with a bad taste in my mouth right off the bat. We left our granddaughters game with only 5 minutes left just to get there around 2:30. Chad indicated that would be enough time for the transaction to happen. We arrived and took a quick test drive. We decided to purchase it and retreated to Chad's office as we knew they were closing at 3pm. The conversation turned to us oppoligizing for cutting it so short. Chad looked at us, smiled and said "I lied, we're open until 4". This very much upset us as we only needed 5 more minutes to finish our granddaughters game and say our goodbyes...another stinger thrown at us. Chad then said he's been doing this since roughly 1990, looked at my wife and said "you're supposed to tell me I don't look my age". Kind of took us both by surprise. It felt a little creepy to both of us. Nonetheless we finished in fast fashion which actually was pretty impressive. Chad gave us the keys and locked the doors behind us. Once I got home I realized the tunoe cover that was in the pictures was not on the truck. In our haste to get this done by 3pm, we missed the fact that the cover wasn't on the truck as it was in the pictures. Chad and I connected on Monday via phone and Chad's response was since it wasn't on the truck when I purchased it, I was out of luck. One thing Chad said to us when we were doing the paperwork was "how proud he was of all the pictures they put on line" and how they "put those online so they can sell vehicles using pictures as records". When I brought up that fact he didn't want to honor the fact that pictures showed the tunoe cover. He finally said they took the cover off to put it on a different truck to help sell that truck and I was out of luck. Chad finally told me they had a used tunoe cover I could have and to come in to get it. I drove an hour and 15 minutes one way, and the cover they gave me was so rusted the clamps snapped in half when I tried installing it. Chad said all he was willing to do was to call me if another truck comes in where they could take it from that truck and give it to me...one month later and of course no word. RPM Motors may very well be a fine, reputable establishment, however in my limited experience with Chad I would recommend shopping for a salesperson as much as your vehicle. We never felt welcomed in any way, and Chad felt like and performed like a "professional used car salesman".

We were going to buy a $40,000 truck, the person that’s in charge of finance who’s name is Larry. Completely treated us with absolute no respect. He was belligerent and unnecessary rude for no reason whatsoever ever. I was completely respectful to him. So I finally snapped after a few minutes of him talking down to me, Save yourself the hassle there’s plenty of trucks other places

Spotted Chevy Tahoe on a local listing. Called & spoke to Chad in sales. Came out next day for test drive. Talked about trade in & finance. CHAD was very well informed & arranged everything. Picked up car 2 days later. VERY satisfied with entire staff & service! Buy Here!

looked into buying a truck. they would not give me a cash price, told me i needed to come to the dealership , i had already looked at the truck and new what i would pay. they emailed me texed me and the last one was no deal today no deal. so i tried to contact them by text no reply lol the truck is still on the lot today.

I was looking to replace my Ford ranger. Found one I liked at RPM. Dealt with Tyler from first contact. A pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable young man. Not flexible on the price but it was still a good buy. Tyler came in on his day off to deliver my vehicle. Nice touch!

My mom and I drove to New Glarus to look at a 2008 Ford F-150 that was advertised on cars.com. The entire process took less than 1 hour from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The truck was everything I had hoped it to be and more! Thank you RPM

Me and a buddy drove a long ways to check out a Jeep Wrangler that was listed online and buying it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The vehicle was in better condition than described. The salesman took the time to show me how everything worked and all of the extras that were added. 10 out of 10 would do again and i have been handing out RPM business cards to everyone I know looking for a car.

The staff was very helpfull. The name of my Salesman was Tyler. He answered all my questions I had about finaning my vehicale. Thanks again for all your help.
