I wish we could share in the joy of working with this

I wish we could share in the joy of working with this dealership the way we read in previous reviews. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. My husband trusted this online process, getting a new truck through the website, phone communication for the transaction process, etc., which was pretty easy, so that part was good. The first problem was paying the fee for delivery and the truck being driven to us from TN to AR, so getting a truck with more miles than was supposed to be on it. Yes, by paying the delivery fee, I expected it to arrive on a trailer and be dropped off. The very day, excited about our new wheels, not even 2 hours after it was dropped off, the check engine light pops on. You have got to be kidding me?! Come on!! This was the weekend so we had to wait until Monday to take it to be checked. We ALWAYS take our vehicles to Ford because we have had too many added up issues taking them to other places. That’s our prerogative! Well, we received a $1600 bill. Mind you for this new vehicle we’ve only had the pleasure of taking for a short spin before trouble. During the repair process and after getting the cost to repair, we had been reaching out to the dealership to see what was going to be done about it. Silence; limited to no returned messages or calls for 2 weeks. Finally got a call back with them saying they would only give $500 of the bill back because that’s what it would’ve cost them to fix it???? What?!! Why did it need to be fixed in the first place, it’s not listed as being a problem that we agreed to and if that’s what it would’ve cost YOU then why didn’t you fix it IF it was a problem? THEN, we were questioned as to why we took it to the dealership like we don’t have a choice in where we get our vehicles fixed, telling us that they charge double??? Somebody needs to take a hard, long look at integrity before pointing the finger because if you think this was right or good business shame on you! The treatment we got has me wondering some things but it’s all good. They let us know that we are clearly just deal that was made and as long as they can get over then it’s still a win. Prayers that this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Buyer beware

Would not recommend. Purchased a truck and had to spend $1700 from Ford before temp tag was out. They obviously don’t do any check on condition of vehicle before selling. Better hope you have a horseshoe with plenty of luck if you buy here. I’ve learned a hard lesson. I won’t be back.

BEWARE!!! DONT BUY HERE!!!

Terrible Business!! they sold me a 4runner that had so many issues that i could not get it registered. The thermostat was bad as soon as i drove off the lot and the engine almost overheated!!! They did not relay any of these faults with me and refused to reimburse for any damages. Never buy from this shady car dealer business!!!

Do not buy from this business!!!

This company offers pricing that is too good to be true and there's a reason. Bought a vehicle and currently having issues with said vehicle and there is no support or service after the fact. Lesson learned. Warning all others to stay away because of lousy cars.

had to spend over $2000 five days after purchace

worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I have purchased more than 30 vehicles since college and this was by far the worst. When things don't go as planned they do not return phone calls.

Open, fair and easy to deal with

Everyone was accessible and easy to deal with. I drove all the way from Kennesaw, GA to make a deal with them and Dwayne made it happen. I'd easily deal with them again.

Great Experience Buying Used Truck!

Rusty and Matt were great in getting me into the dealership, test driving the truck, and closing the deal. Mike was a very talented "magician" in helping me coordinate all required to obtain a low promotional interest rate from my credit union. The F-150 4X4 long bed is just what was needed on my farm. I also appreciate CRENCOR's help in expeditiously obtaining the permanent license plate.

hello i just wanted to thank Bob and Frank you guys are awsome i have had numerous vechicles over the years and you guys are the first dealership that has really delivered what you guys said even went the extra mile for me when i had a family emergency i will tell everyone i know and meet about your dealership i just wish i had knew about you all before i will be a lifetime customer of your dealership keep up the great work thank you
