I purchased a 1 ton truck from Mr. Jacobsen. On the way home a front brake caliper got stuck. Luckily I was near a service garage where the brake problem was fixed. I called Mr. Jakobsen to let him know about my brake problem and he offered to pay for the repairs immediately. Mr. Jacobsen and Casey are first class people who offer quality used trucks at a reasonable price. Many miles later my truck has been flawless.

Had an issue with the tires..but they went way out to solve it. I am a first time buyer..will buy again. No pressure.. very friendly..and as far as I can tell up front and honest.

Clean low mileage work trucks, sold honestly in a friendly, no hassle, no pressure environment is the Jakobsen Motors motto Absolutely correct. I found a 2006 step van with very low miles online but was a little leary about traveling the 250 miles from home to buy something, but decided to make the trip up there anyway. I met with Casey first thing in the morning , took the vehicle for a spin , looked it over on the lot and had a handshake and a great deal within a half hour. Dealing with Casey and Jakobsen in that short time I had a sense of trust and confidence that they would stand behind what they are selling. My hunch was right on. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I may have had in mind. The truck was delivered on a flatbed a few days later, in mint condition and passed NJ inspection with flying colors. An absolute pleasure in doing business with this gentleman. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from them and have already recommended them to friends looking for a work truck.

Overall experience was good. We bough the truck and had it shipped to southern CA. They helped us find a shipper which was a great help. They were always respectful and honest.

looked a long time for a clean used truck that was not a rust bucket. Found them on the web and took aride out to see for myself. very clean and plenty of trucks. was hopeful to find one good truck but found two!!!! Casey was more then helpful with us. test drove both and went home with a very nice 2004 F250 super duty Ford. Thanks guys. so far the truck been great!!!!

I traveled to 4 dealers before visiting Jakobsen and I've probably bought 40 vehicles over the year. Once I was there, in a few minutes I knew this was the place I would buy a great used truck. Then I found that their very numerous vehicles (all trucks!) were in top shape and more excellent condition, not rusty and sketchy like all the others I'd seen earlier in the day. Plus this was by far the best, easiest and efficient transaction I have ever experienced, no last-minute hidden fees, straight verifiable answers and a pleasure to do business with!
