Terrible.
Terrible. Rude. Childish (Joe, the owner). Unprofessional. Words cannot describe the last phone interaction I had with these guys (Joe and Robert). It is appalling and mind-boggling that they do business this way. They are scammers and do not care about customer satisfaction. They will seem nice at first..well, Robert will. Joe was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. But Robert turned into a completely different person when he had Joe talking in his ear (literally, in the background during our phone conversation like a child).

I normally don't write review but in this case the staff was GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, Robert and Kevin was the BEST they made me and my wife feel at home No pressure VERY easy to talk to about the vehicle and was up front on what they replaced on it prior to putting it up for sale on there lot.If I ever need a new vehicle (I WILL MAKE THE 3.5 HOUR TRIP AGAIN) GREAT JOB and thanks again for all you have done

Trying to cheat prices out of people when confronted he
Trying to cheat prices out of people when confronted he laughed and blocked me then coincidentally the listing of the cheaper price changed to his original asking price so with that being said here is a lil more. Horrible Customer Service I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Robert, the owner of JKB, and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with their customer service. From the moment I messaged him, I was greeted with a rude and dismissive attitude. When I finally got his attention, I was met with a barrage of unhelpful responses and a general lack of interest in what I was trying to tell him. It was clear that he was not interested in providing good customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Robert or JKB to think twice. Their poor customer service is a major deterrent, and I will definitely not be purchasing a vehicle from them.

Purchasing my Truck from JKB Auto was a pleasure. This was a first for me, buying a vehicle online, might I add that this was most pleasant experience ever buying a vehicle. From Samantha to Nick and Robert- who was excellent in explaining all that was required of me to finalize this deal from long distance(Louisiana). The Dodge Ram 2500 was exactly what I was looking for in a truck. Great truck runs fantastic and the pulling power is amazing. If I’m ever in need of another vehicle I will definitely call the folks at JKB Auto.
