I normally don't write review but in this case the staff was GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, Robert and Kevin was the BEST they made me and my wife feel at home No pressure VERY easy to talk to about the vehicle and was up front on what they replaced on it prior to putting it up for sale on there lot.If I ever need a new vehicle (I WILL MAKE THE 3.5 HOUR TRIP AGAIN) GREAT JOB and thanks again for all you have done

I recently bought a vehicle from this place that had a leak, it’s been two months trying to get in to get it fixed and I’ve just got excuse after excuse This place doesn’t honor their word

I dealt with these fools back when they are in harrisonville! They have an ancient pagan mindset! They only want your money they do not care about giving a good product in return if they happen to give you one well that's cool but they don't care!

Trying to cheat prices out of people when confronted he laughed and blocked me then coincidentally the listing of the cheaper price changed to his original asking price so with that being said here is a lil more. Horrible Customer Service I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Robert, the owner of JKB, and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with their customer service. From the moment I messaged him, I was greeted with a rude and dismissive attitude. When I finally got his attention, I was met with a barrage of unhelpful responses and a general lack of interest in what I was trying to tell him. It was clear that he was not interested in providing good customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Robert or JKB to think twice. Their poor customer service is a major deterrent, and I will definitely not be purchasing a vehicle from them.

Straight forward & honest, that is more than I had come to expect from used car dealers in general. If a friend was used car shopping I would tell them to check out JKB Auto. The entire staff was friendly and fun!

No point! Nobody will ever see this. Yall Suck. Horrible service. Won't stand behind your Product. Bought a truck, and check engine light on in less than 8 days, and you tell me to take it somewhere else.

Purchasing my Truck from JKB Auto was a pleasure. This was a first for me, buying a vehicle online, might I add that this was most pleasant experience ever buying a vehicle. From Samantha to Nick and Robert- who was excellent in explaining all that was required of me to finalize this deal from long distance(Louisiana). The Dodge Ram 2500 was exactly what I was looking for in a truck. Great truck runs fantastic and the pulling power is amazing. If I’m ever in need of another vehicle I will definitely call the folks at JKB Auto.

Special thanks to Robert who made my out of state purchase of Audi Q8 seamless… I purchased and paid for vehicle from the comfort of my home in Chicago. Entire staff is very helpful, ethical, and professional. Simply good people to work and deal with. Would love to do business with you again Robert!

I reached out to this dealership from a car I saw on here and their website. I was a few hours away and wanted some more detailed pictures before deciding if I wanted to drive up and look at it and purchase. I thanked the salesman for the pictures but told him due to some things we didn't like about the condition of the vehicle that we weren't interested. He then proceeded to get very rude to me over text and would not drop the issue. He told me he could have just lied to me about the imperfections and had me drive 3 hours away. I finally had to block his number from my phone because he would not stop. I would not recommend this dealership...very rude salesman!!
