Very nice experience. Tanner was my salesman. Helped me look for a used car for my son. Told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend took me right to a nice clean Corolla.

I purchased my 2007 Chevy Impala in Nov. 2017. I made 4 payments and had my vehicle for 2 months and it is falling apart! First of all it started to get loud, second it wouldn't go into gear and now I have to use a screwdriver to release the unlocked button to start it, and third the passenger window won't operate. I called and spoke with my salesman, Nick, to see what could be done. He referred me to a few different car repair shops that would not gauge me. I am very disappointed about this. I have always heard good things about CAR, that is why I went there. I also referred several of my family and friends to go there. I am just at a lost for words! Would have been nice for them to have the service shop they have take a look and repair my car.

These guys were great! Got there right before they closed they stayed late to take care of us and we drove home in a car that night! Next day got a call from them saying they got me a better interest rate saved me a couple thousand dollars! I'll recommend these guys to all my friends and family! Thanks again Billy loves his car!

All of the staff were great! They helped us get the car we were looking for, and quickly had us approved for a loan, and out the door in only a few hours. We told Brian what we were looking for and he even went to the back and brought us out a car that wasn't even on their lot yet.

My husband and I stopped in at Columbus Auto Resale because we were impressed with the quality of the vehicles that they had parked on their lot. We purchased a vehicle from them because of the quality of personnel that they have working for them. Our saleman, Serge DeVine, was helpful and courteous but not smothering. He gave us space to go look at the trucks that we were interested in, answered our questions and then helped us narrow our decision down. Everyone that we dealt with throughout the process was pleasant from the owner down. I would highly recommend Columbus Auto Resale to anyone looking for a Quality used vehicle. I know I will definitely use them again in the future.

My fiance and I came in and worked with Surge on Saturday 3/11/17 the customer service was awesome, he is great, super helpful, friendly, and got us into exactly what we were looking for. We got a beautiful 2014 Ford Escape, the process was quick and easy and the SUV is perfect for our growing family! This is my second time purchasing a car through them and I so happy with my service and their process again! Awesome place to go to and great customer service; they make sure you get everything you'd possibly need/want in a car! I highly reccomend them!
