I brought my 2019 Colorado in for a check engine light,

I brought my 2019 Colorado in for a check engine light, running fan and sudden loss of AC. When it was ready it turned out to be a faulty thermostat switch. There was $0.00 due thanks to the extended warranty I purchased when they helped me buy out my lease.

Chaucer Colson was our salesman & will truly be our salesman forever now! We had recently been in a wreck that totaled our vehicle, and had to find a new one in a short amount of time... in a horrible economy! I had five minutes to run in and look at a Traverse. He showed me exactly what I wanted and then followed up with me via email with information that was incredibly helpful! His work, combined with Taylor and Rob at the AutoNation Chevrolet in North Richland Hills, was impeccable, authentically kind, comforting and incredibly thorough! They all worked incredibly hard to make sure that we had everything we needed? AND everything we wanted as well! The icing on the cake was looking at our temporary license plate and realizing that he had written a prayer of safe travels and grace on it. That's INCREDIBLY important to us as we are highly involved in our church! God knew we needed Chaucer and all of his teammates at Chevrolet AutoNation in North Richland Hills that day! We will forever be buyers because of Chaucer and his team!

As most of us know, shopping for a vehicle is not only overwhelming but draining! After we visited over 15 dealerships, my husband felt defeated since he was the one looking for a new car. Most of the dealerships were either trying to pressure us into buying something we didn’t want or we were just simply ignored. I’m so glad I made an inquiry online on a vehicle at AutoNation! We were assisted by one of the most genuine and knowledgeable sales representative I’ve ever met! Ms. Tamara Hitt exceeded all of our expectations! She truly made this an excellent car buying experience for us and the process was simple and easy. She was extremely helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured into making a decision. In fact, the entire staff we dealt with were so professional and friendly! They worked hard to get us all the savings possible so that my husband could drive off in his dream vehicle! After we completed the paperwork, Tamara took the time to make sure everything was set up in our vehicle correctly. I even considered purchasing another vehicle myself although I already have one. 😊 So, if you’re looking for a great car buying experience, I strongly encourage you to visit this location! This place is amazing!

Service department does good work but slow

Service department people were nice but 5 days before car was even looked at is simply unacceptable with no loaners available and no assistance on a rental in lieu of loaner.
