just like all other reviews, very bad attitude. Overpriced cars. save your times. You'll find better car at better price with better service from other dealers
Dealer games. STAY AWAY.
Eric Cheng can’t answer a simple question: “are there any other fees besides tax, title and registration” over a 7-email exchange. I hate dealer games.
Disappointed Potential Buyer
Disappointed Potential Buyer, requested more information about a car by email several times, called 3 times for information, after 10 days no answers, no call back, the car is advertised for sale? I found what I was looking for somewhere else saved 3000 , thank you for not responding to my emails and NOT answer my question.
Nice inventory but not very good online service
Emailed multiple times with no response, then called and asked for more pictures of a car they have for sale and was told they would get more some latter that day and call me back. Never saw new pics and never got a call back. Was very interested in purchasing the car they had but not happy with the type of service.....
cannot believe this company can survive
the company sell cars with high price and poor service. found a car and negotiated with sales with some discount and later he refused to honor it. not easy to contact them and they always forget you.

Misleading on the ad, and carfax report wording also had misleading language. Had to cross reference with dealership to uncover all lies, do not trust
Worst customer service I ever had
Went to check two of their cars today. The sale man was not friendly and helpful at all. I ask him if I can check the interior, he walked away and came back with keys in his hand. Just said they are unlocked now and then went back to his sit. No introduction, no help at all. Just let me myself walk around the cars. One car’s rear bumper is off at one side, the other one has broken fuse box next to the brake pedal. I was kind to tell him, but he seemed not care. Never had a sit offered or water, he didn’t even introduce his name to me. Just show me the car history with his poker face. No negotiation, no test drive, no finance (or he ask me to contact bank myself?). Yes, this dealer may have large inventory, but from what I experienced, they don’t care if they have your business.

Ethan and Eddie were both incredibly polite people with a low-pressure approach to selling cars. The quality of their inventory was very high and they are gracious and responsive negotiators. Would definitely buy a car there again, my daughter loves her 428i.
they don’t even greet you
I went today to look at a bmw and there was a bunch of them just walking in and out not even paying attention to me. Hey it saved me the hassle from what I’m reading from the comments.
