Car was mist-represented in on line pictures.

Car was mist-represented in on line pictures. It had boy damage not shown in photos. Severely under priced for trade. Like insultingly under priced. Complete waste of time.

Where do I begin bought a car in Jan it’s now march and

Where do I begin bought a car in Jan it’s now march and we have a problem with the temperature gauge,fan etc. Had the car towed to Derry because we bought platinum service agreement thinking that meant something nothing could be further from the truth. The service department has had the car for over a week lied to us everyday last week about the car being a priority.. The tech we spoke with Lonnie was absolutely horrible zero concern for our situation. I will never buy another car from this place ever again just because they can’t be trusted when you lie to your customers it doesn’t reflect well on the company as a whole. I will take my business to Stew Hansen where I should’ve went in the first place derry came highly recommended but I beg to differ.

I took a vehicle out on a test drive and towards the end

I took a vehicle out on a test drive and towards the end the check engine light came on. I was told that they would get it in the next day to get it checked out. Two days later I was told the light was off when they pulled it in so there was nothing they could do and that it must have just been a false reading but to bring it back in if it came back on so they could diagnose it. I picked the car up on a Friday night and by Sunday afternoon the light was back on. When I took it back Monday morning they tried to tell me they never said to bring it back in and that the initial time they looked at it was all they were going to do.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! I’m gonna try and close this dealership down just by word of mouth. I guess buying a $50,000 suv doesn’t rate the service I should be getting. The day after buying my suv I had a service light come on. I called this place and was told they could get me in, in a week or so. That was 7 months ago and my suv is still not fixed. I have zero (0) returns to my many phone calls. So I called GM to tell them of the issues I’m having and they opened a dispute claim because of my statements and the problems I am having. In just 1 of my calls with GM the representative said they are not even calling me back. I’m I expecting to much from this place? However, the salesman called me 4 times until I bought my suv. That’s where the customer service stopped.

So dishonest just like the other reviews state. Went elsewhere to a larger dealership about 10 miles North of the PHill dealership and ordered the vehicle I wanted with the discounts we had.

Don't stand by the prices they advertise.

Don't stand by the prices they advertise. Won't honor purchase price they advertised after going through purchase process on their own website. Very uninformed sales people. Stereotypical used car salesman experience. I'd look elsewhere

My boyfriend applied to be pre approved through Deery

My boyfriend applied to be pre approved through Deery brothers website , Danielle called him back absolutely unprofessional, he may have bad credit, but little did she know we have money down and I was co signing for him! As rude as she was to my boyfriend I’m grateful we did not go to Deery brothers and I highly recommend if you go there stay away from Danielle RUDE!

Never again

The service department kept my car for over a month. I brought in my car to have it checked, and w/o doing a diagnostic test of their own (only relied on what I brought in from another shop), I was told I needed a new engine. After one month, I was told NOPE, you don't need a new engine. I was given my car back w/o an explanation. I received an explanation only after I sent a complaint to Chevy Cares and the general manager of Deery. Customer service is lacking here as many phone calls went unanswered.
