    a phony representation of the product. I talked to a person named Jim 3 days before our meeting for the car, so that the same person informed me the day... before the meeting that the car was sold! and this is his message: Hello Arif Sedic.     Taking my vehicle to Deery Chevrolet in Pleasant Hill, Iowa is the best decision I can make. They keep my vehicle running well and keeps repair prices... competitive. The work is always completed in a timely manner and there is no return trips for incomplete work done. Their courtesy drivers are great about taking me home and picking me up so I don't have to spend my time at the dealership while my vehicle is being serviced. Great place to go for all my vehicle needs.

    I leased a 2018 Chevy Colorado LT Z71 and had a great experience at Deery Chevrolet. I dealt with the Internet Sales Manager Chad Cox and he was both knowledgeable... and professional throughout. The best part was that he was a no-pressure salesperson. A special thanks to the New Vehicle Sales Manager Tom Sweeden for putting the great lease terms together, as well as the Pre-Owned Manager Adam Ratzlaff for appraising my trade-in fairly.

    I brought my car in to get fixed after calling them a week prior they said they had the parts and could get me in first thing Saturday, my car is there... for no more than 10 minutes that they call me back and say that I’ve got to wait till Tuesday to get the car back since they have to order the parts. Then when I finally get my car back it’s in worse shape than when I dropped it off, I am never bring my car here again let alone buy a Chevy ever again.

    Just received my new 2500HD Chevrolet from Deery Brothers.The process was very easey and enjoyable.I found the staff very forth coming with answers to... questions that I had.The whole process from salesman to finalizing the paper was handled very professionally.I have purchased used and new from this dealership and I will again if needed.

    I always get the best service at my Deery Brothers Chevrolet I would not go anywhere else. I would recommend them to the world if I could. People who... choose not to go there for their outstanding service are really missing out on top notch service for their car.

    Kristine VanWinkle was very rude and disrespectful when I went in for my estimate. She was very rude on the phone when I was told I would have the estimate... emailed to me and had to call and remind them because I had yet to get it. She rolled her eyes when I had to go to my car to get my insurance information as if i was wasting her time and she would rather be doing other things.I wouldn't ever go back to have to deal with her. Haris was very nice and helpful during the process. I was updated by him on the progress and when they found additional damage. I wish I would have also had a time it would have been done so I could have had set time in getting my rental car back to the shop and get my car in the same trip.

    When I went to the dealership I looked at some later model SUV's . Talked to a salesman and he informed me that because of the year and mileage he wouldn't... be able to get them financed. I explained my finances with him and He started showing me all wheel drive cars and crossovers, they were ok but not what I was wanting. He said with my situation it was his and his finance mgr opinion that I would have to settle with a vehicle that they were showing me and nothing close to what I was actually shopping for.
