We were pleased with “Ed” our sales rep on the mutual

We were pleased with “Ed” our sales rep on the mutual conversation. We are happy with the vehicle choose we made at the time. 3 days after purchase the vehicle needs servicing. Meaning the vehicle will need a new thermostat and possible wiring harness. Currently we had we were duped because the dealership will not assist in anyway with the return. This is an “As-is” purchase.., we are not happy…

I told them what I wanted and what I had to put down and where I wanted my payments at. They made it happen. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The staff customer service was unparalleled. Kevin was my sales person and he is the best!

I enjoyed being taken care of by Shaver Preferred Motors. They were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. They showed me cars I would like and I loved a 2019 Volvo. They explained everything to me when writing up the papers to purchase the car. I was very comfortable talking with Mr.Shaver and pleased of the car I purchased.
